Yay beenthere! I can't wait to hear an update! I do not feel like working today. I'm tired and nauseous. I woke up several times last night with RLP. I don't remember them being this strong before. This girl must be going through a big growth spurt.

I am dreading RLP. In the last 3 or 4 months of my pregnancy with DD3 it was nearly constant and felt like the worst sideache I had ever had. It would literally take my breath away.

I went to the gym today for the first time since before Christmas and now my whole body feels like jello. I don't think I will move from the couch the rest of the night!

Last time I went there was vomit so I've been scared to go back 😂 today was vomit-free though, so hurray!!

I keep thinking I should start walking but then I don’t... it’s hard when you feel like you’re hungover every day.

For those still drinking coffee, do you stop after one cup?

For those still drinking coffee, do you stop after one cup? Yes, I have 1 cup in the morning but I did that before getting pg. I use to sometimes have an afternoon cup but I skip that now.

For those still drinking coffee, do you stop after one cup? 😬😬 no. Well, I have a macchiato in the morning that Google tells me is 150 mg caffeine, and then I typically have a caffeinated pop later in the day. I guess the limit is 200 mg, so maybe I stay under it. But I need my caffeine!!!

I've cut wayyy back on caffeine and it hasn't been easy. I know I occasionally go over the 200mg in a day, but most days I don't have any so hopefully it all balances out.

I haven't drank coffee in a few months (I only drink it intermittently) but I have cut WAYY back on sodas. I've practically cut them out altogether because they make me so nauseous. I do get caffeine from sweet tea though and have no idea how much. I should switch to decaf like I did in pregnancies 1 & 2 but I just haven't yet. #procrastinator

I’m still drinking a cup in the morning like usual (when I can stomach it) and sometimes have additional through tea in the afternoon. Trying my best to drink more water.

robinanne: I don't drink caffeinated coffee but I do drink tea. I have one steeping of caffeinated tea a day. Sometimes I use the same leaves again because that's still less than the limitation. I also still drink a glass of iced tea on days that I don't drink hot tea.

@ anyone who did sneak peek , if you have Gmail, did the baby's sex show in the preview? I'm supposed to call my husband before I open the email since he's at work, and I'm worried when I look to see if the emails from them, that it'll show me the sex??

Yeah don't open the email for sure, this was mine with DD3. ETA: but the preview/subject line were fine, the sex is just in that graphic so it shouldn't show in previews.

It's a third boy. I'm so disappointed. I was sure it was a girl. I'm sorry, beenthere. It's okay to feel those feelings. I can tell you that three of the same is wonderful! I can't picture my family any other way and I'm secretly hoping our 4th is another girl. I know I'm a weirdo though haha. Sending hugs.

I’m sorry beenthere. I think having those feelings and the loss of what might have been is normal. Sending good thoughts your way. How’s your stomach issues? Any better?

beenthere I'm sorry you're disappointed. I felt the same way when I found out my first was a girl. My cousin cried a lot when she found out her second was a boy. My family is all full of boys. Most of my cousins have 3 to 4 boys each as does my BFF and pretty much everyone in her family. I LOVE seeing all the boys together. They are so close and love eachother so much. It's so great!

I had a great appointment with my midwife yesterday! She has two student midwives working with her this year and one of them was there yesterday. My midwife let the student lead the discussions and exams, only coaching as needed. They couldn’t find baby’s HB with the doppler so they did a quick (1-2 min) US to check it. Baby looked great and perfect size for 13w. She did not like them palpating my uterus and she kept turning away from them. 😂 I go back in 4 weeks for another visit.
