jubilantsquirrel and waitwhat thank you!! I can eat apples and granola bars, so I definitely think I should be hitting the carb intake mark (since I want to be above it) no problem. I maxed out the urine test strip at the doctor’s last week. The doc was very shrugging guy about it, but warned me that the old school doctors will freak out if I keep doing it. But it was the afternoon after everything with my dog and I think Must be sitting near the threshold anyway and then a day of not eating at all pushed me over the edge. I would still love any and all recipes that you’re loving. I’ve made that egg roll in a bowl making its rounds just about everywhere about three times and H and I can’t stop raving about it. H is just GF, not keto, but he’d be pretty darn close if he really wanted to do it. He’s talked about it before, but then the Pringles lure him back in. Sorry to bust in but pringles are not gluten free (sorry if that was a joke and you were talking in general about potato chips). They're basically a pressed wheat and potato "cracker", so definitely not good for someone needed to be gf. Also, I have similar issues with too many carbs wrecking my digestion and have more I want to say but it's half past midnight and I need to get some sleep so I will be back tomorrow to say more.

He’s had so much improvement since starting all of this but I just overheard him say the other day to a coworker that he couldn’t figure out why his stomach was still bothering him pretty badly on occasion. Oof. I bet this is why. He even has a small patch of psoriasis coming in on his leg after it all had gone away when he first started eating GF. So many better things than Pringles to be accidentally cheating with....

Those baked bites look delicious. I made the other ones for Christmas appetizers! They were a big hit. I actually have one 8 oz ball and one pre-sliced 16 oz. I think I did a baked chicken dish once but I can't find the recipe now. I'm sure it's on Pinterest.

I cheated and went to CFA for breakfast. To atone, I only ate a little yogurt and hummus for lunch. Dinner tonight is Tikka Masala with peas and cauliflower rice, so overall not the best but not a completely destroyed day. Working out tonight after we get our financial docs together for the house.

I did it!! Finally at 50lbs gone. (51.5 to be exact) The hard work is just beginning. I took a yoga class this AM and really like it. Forced myself to not look at what others were doing and how much better at they are, instead I kept my eyes closed and listened to instructor, she walked around the room and corrected forms, so was pretty proud that she only corrected my foam block in a triangle pose!

Pretty good! I've "cheated" a few times, but it's been ingredients in other mostly healthy things (like the soy on my short ribs yesterday). I'm not overly strict with it though and don't ever stay 100% compliant (I buy whatever meat and bacon is on sale), it's just mostly for getting back into the swing of things. But overall I can tell my December bloat is gone and while I haven't weighed myself, I'm feeling pretty good. I've also been trying a lot of new recipes this round which definitely helps me to stay on track. I'm always craving Coke. That's a never ending battle.

I think I must be at a hormonal place in my cycle (can't tell because I don't get a period) because I'm craving chocolate like crazy. I'm eating DH's stash of treats that I don't even like. Not doing myself any favours in the health department

I got the mail yesterday and one of the pieces was a mailer with coupons from this pizza place up the street. Pizza was all over it. I was drooling. RUDE.

I lost a battle to some wine and goldfish crackers last night. I’m blaming my SIL and all her selfish antics. So today I’m back on board. Tomorrow is weigh in Wednesday and I’m not anticipating a loss.

I've been trucking along with W30, halfway there!
We have MIL's birthday this weekend, I'm not sure what food they'll be serving. Probably pizza. I might eat before we go and then just have salad there.
