Wrapped most of the gifts. I only need to purchase one or two more and I'll be done.
Now I'm sitting on the couch binging The Resident. I'll leave in a few to go pick up the girl. Judging from the pictures they sent, she had a great time!

She's home now and eating a PB&j. She doesn't believe that the pizza she ate at PNO was dinner because it was at school.

cagoldi such pretty tights! But for a concert I’d go boots, especially with that crowd! Plus I like the look of the delicate tights and tough boots!

I’m sorry wedding. I’d be frustrated too. My sister’s husband is constantly on his work computer when he’s at home and i know that it’s probably the biggest problem in their marriage because she is left to deal with the kids. |

Hi ladies! I didn’t get around to tell you yesterday that I had a good day at the new job! I finally had a meeting with my boss and could tell her how I felt I was drowning a little. I got my Christmas gift at work today (almost all employers over here hand those out) a nice robe, some edibles snacks, baking things and a bottle wine, nice! Looking forward to a quiet evening in. When you read someone from the Netherlands gets edibles for Christmas! Talk about a relaxing gift |

In other TIL, we played Go Fish as a family tonight, and mh sing-songed, “fish, fish, got my wish,” if he got the card he was asking for if was told to “go fish” and drew from the “pond.” Did I grow up in a bubble? Never heard this but I think it's cute |

wedding that is frustrating. I'm glad to hear imminent loss of his job isn't an issue anymore. Re the phone is there a family policy you could start that would help. Like set a timer where you put the phone's away for an hour so you can reconnect? That is a short enough time to disconnect from work if he is concerned about emergencies. Is there a chore like laundry, vacuum, or dishes that you can assign him?
