sophiegrace you always look amazing but I know it needs to be felt from the inside before you can truly believe it. It’s great to have a goal to work towards! FWIW- B is a late July baby and I just remember being so hot and miserable that food wasn’t appealing to me at the end. And because the weather was so nice, we took a lot of walks so I think it helped with losing the baby weight. Also, cotton, flowy dresses will be your bff during these months.

sophiegrace, getting in the pool at 9 mos pregnant will be a revelation. With the twins the pool was the only thing that gave my back and hips relief. You get in and your stomach just lifts right up. It's incredible and freeing and you will be so thankful for it!

I blamed BFing, but then we weaned and it didn’t stop. It’s very uncomfortable and annoying. Upping my fat intake seems to help, but not always. I wonder if it’s hormonal.

My scale hasn't moved and that's my fault. Being sick I've just been laying around and have slacked on my discipline. At least the scale hasn't moved up?
I am finally starting to feel a little better and I think tomorrow morning I'll get back on the fasting/workout train. It's been a long time since I worked out but it's time to start up again.

I'm doing.. ok. I'm still right around pre-pregnancy weight but getting nervous about eating so much sugar and not working out anymore. The only thing that's saving me is that I'm too lazy to make a big meal for myself so I just eat small things throughout the day and normally only eat a good dinner. Not the healthiest thing in the world, especially when the small things are cookies.

I’m back on the workout train and feeling good about it. Eating is mostly good, but if want something I just go for it. I need to be more prepared for when the 2 am hungries hit. I can’t be eating pop tarts everyday.

sophiegrace, I know everyone has their feelings about themselves but I think your gorgeous! Also, swimming was my saving grace during pregnancy! It relieves back pain, will keep you cool, but I hear ya about the idea of recovering during bikini season.

goldenlove, I didn’t know that lady had cameras in my house! For her it’s the goldfish, for me it’s the teddy grahams. (Goldfish =Dairy) But I do pick some out of his snack cup! And L tries to feed me sometimes... who knew toddlers were food pushers (Or is it good sharers?)? I know he’s been around my mother but at 2 he’s better at getting me to eat what I don’t want than I am at getting him to eat what he doesn’t want!?! Last weekend, we had cookies and caroling. Then DH and I met up with his friend and his wife and daughter (who’s 3 months older than L) and I’ve been blackout eating cookies and candy all week. I think I’m coming out of the fog but seriously upset! My goal was to hit 50lbs gone this month but it’s not looking good. Can the holidays be over?

TMI, but I’d straight up shit my pants if I ate a pop tart during the day. Something about the early morning hours makes them ok to my digestive system? Ugh. The worst. H used to get me some unfrosted organic ones that were decent forever ago, but I don’t even really like them. I don’t know why they’re in my pantry. I need to find a healthy-ish easy snack that can sit on my nightstand and I can just grab if I need it. If it’s there I won’t go wandering.

It’s a strange mental place to be and I’m trying to get over it and just stop. In the grand scheme of things that matter the stuff I’m upset about should not even be near the list, let alone sitting up by the top. I’m trying to figure out why I’m getting upset and bothered so that I can squash it once and for all, and I think it’s just all the hard work. It’s rapidly all going down the drain. Very very rapidly. The thought about doing it all again, but with a toddler and needy baby? Aghhhhh. And my skin is a disaster, morning sickness is still being a bitch, everything hurts. Just stupid little stuff that is just piling up and getting to me. All on its own I would be fine, but I’m letting it get to me and I shouldn’t.
