Well the Halloween candy is almost all gone so that'll help me. At least until it gets closer to Christmas and my family does our cookie exchange.

I’m doing well. My weekend of no nausea was just a tease because it’s still hitting me hard everyday, but I notice a significant difference on days that I eat cleanly and exercise. That’s enough to keep me motivated. I worked out everyday this week except yesterday. I would like to do HIIT tonight and tomorrow and then some weight training with H on Sunday. We’ll see.

My only real goal for December is to not gain weight.
My goal for November was to get into the next decade but I did not make it. I am 1lb short. So, it would be really awesome if I could make that happen in December. But we'll see. All our weekends are already filled with parties and food related events.

I finished BBM 5.0 and continued by picking up on phase 3 of BBM 3.0, so I do that every morning still, and I actually love it. I'm going to look to change it up in the new year though. I'd like to go swimming 2-3 times a week, once is for sure since B is in lessons but I've got to find a couple more times to get out, the Y is open from 5.30am-11pm so I should be able to find time.
NSV today I moved another belt loop and moved comfortably into another decade. it was a good morning.
We've got a snack table at work from Dec 10-21 so my goal will be to be careful, I have such a habit of indulging cause everything is so delicious.

I've done well with cutting down on the carbs this week. Just need to keep it up.
Unfortunately due to my back strain I haven't been able to do the yoga or Pilates workouts that I intended.

Somehow I’m very motivated right now. Sometimes all I need is a bad month or two to make me sick of every sweet and carb, and then I crave veggies.
So I’m sitting down to do our meal plan right now. My goal is to stick to that for 13 out of 15 meals. One or two of those will be cheats anyway bc of things like today (my nephews bday and we are having Peruvian food).
Also I’m gonna reenforce my coffee limitation. So can’t have my first cup of the day until I’ve had a bottle of water. Replace second cup with a caffeine free tea. And have to down a bottle of water before my second cup of coffee. This also helps me with snacking so I might try it again there (have to drink a bottle of water before having a snack I’m craving, a sweet, etc).

vino, another swimmer, I love it! My aquatics boss is offering a challenge to knock out 2 miles gets a Y aquatics jacket! I want it! I lost 9lbs last month! I’m seeing it in a belt but I still haven’t dropped dress sizes 😞. I’m thinking I was bigger than my clothing size and my jeans just stretched. Or my body since birth has changed and -46 isn’t sitting the way it used to!?! I’m going to keep going though, my body will eventually catch up! I’ve got to keep going, if I want to be svelte during my Disney Cruise, I must keep swimming!!

kleigh that’s my favorite. Starting the day with a bottle of water before my coffee is the only way I get enough ounces in me a day. Does something mentally to me.

Stepped on the scale this morning after bachelorette weekend and woof. I assume it's mostly water because of the drinking so I'm focusing on hydrating and hitting my diet hard today.

I hurt my belly button on Saturday and my head cold felt worse so didn’t work out at all this weekend. I just want to get over this hump and start feeling just a tad more like I have control of my body again.

They put out cupcakes at work. I've been ignoring them the past 4 hours but I have 15 minutes to go and suddenly they're all I can think about.

Beside the expected “cheats” bc of events, I’m starting off well.
It’s usually the first few days that if I screw up, I then go, meh, who cares about the rest of the month; so it’s important I start out right.
We are back on our morning smoothies and I came up with a few freaking awesome ones if I say so myself. It’s def what was missing, if I start my day off right it’s much easier to keep that going. I can’t wait for tomorrow mornings (almond milk, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, banana, cinnamon, flax/chia.)
I’ve hit my water goals these first few days also. And the drinking a bottle before snacking and coffee is off to a good start.

sophiegrace You have a herniated belly button correct? Or suspected? How does pregnancy affect that? I’m impressed, good job! I hope your cold is gone soon! starbuck How are you doing with reducing soda ?

kleigh I went from 2-3 per day to about 2 little ones per week max. So it's been good! Easier than I thought, honestly.

I know you were all worried, but just so you know, I can still swim 2 miles in one sitting! That’s 141 lengths, or 3,520 yards. I did 3,600 yards! It only took and hour and 17 minutes.
The aquatics department had an internal competition, and I came in 3rd (darn youngins) of who wants to swim 2 miles first in the Y pool during the month of December. So I won a Lifeguard Swag Bag full of goodies! I was going for the YMCA jacket but obviously I’m not the only one encouraged by prizes!
