M2 was stirring and whining every hour last night. I finally put him in our bed about 2am and he didn’t make another peep. Little stinker. At some point M came into our bed, too. Four of us in a queen bed was NOT ideal.
I have stops to make after work so I hope we get out at a decent hour so I’m not that late getting home.

We are definitely NOT a cosleeper family, but S has been begging for a sleepover where I sleep in his bed (he has a full size bed that is usually 2 % him, 98% stuffed animals).
I finally gave in and stayed with him Saturday night. He was so excited and it was sweet. But I am happy that it is not a common occurrence for our family!

Well crap. I wrote down what C got at his friend party so we could write thank you notes... and I lost it. Luckily I have a decent memory with this stuff so hopefully I can make it work.

The fact that I'm going to have my children 24/7 until NEXT MONDAY is making me honest to god, cry.. Jackson wears me out in an hour after getting him from the sitters. I'm going to lose my mind by Monday..

I’m alone in the silent waiting room at DS’s therapist. DH just texted that he was giving C a bath and he pooped in the tub. That was his first ever tub poop. Glad I missed it.

xolastunicornxo Haven't read but they look too short to me, both from an aesthetic and practical standpoint. You want a lightbulb to be at shoulder-height if you're sitting up in bed, if that helps  Do they make those in a larger size? I like the silhouette with the square-ish shade!

Hi all! Just checking in for the first time in a few days. Hope you are all well! We have been going non-stop since we got here. The wedding on Saturday was amazing, and yesterday was C's family birthday party. I've gotten in lots of snuggles with my nephew and he is just the most mellow little love, I'm obsessed. Today I had a dentist appointment--my dentist is retiring at 77 and has sold his practice, and it's just not the same  So I'm going to be looking for someone new. Le sigh. I cried when I got in the car afterwards, b/c apparently I have a lot of feelings about my dentist, lol. Off to try and catch up somewhat... |

So in our house 5 is apparently: crying at Chuck E. Cheese, yelling and swatting your hands anytime your father speaks, and at the end of it all saying you hate this family. Happy birthday, sweetie. Can't wait to see how this year goes. 🙄

I will say being able to call the doc from my couch where I am currently in my death throes, was the best thing ever. Called at 7 and took my antibiotic by 8 without ever leaving the house. Magical.

Thanks for your input everyone! I love them, but I’m going to return them. The just look to small. And our master bedroom Is really big, so that doesn’t help either. Check out homegoods, I’ve seen some pretty lamps that are similar there. |

I’m obviously catching up. We had a super lazy day. The girls and I all took a nap in my bed this afternoon. I woke up sweating because they were both snuggled up to me. H’s temp seems to be gone, she was bouncing off the walls at bedtime. Mine seems to be sticking around a little longer. I have discovered candy making videos on YouTube and am now obsessed. I’ve been watching this candy shop in Syracuse, NY called Hercules Candy for a lot of today. And now I want some ribbon candy.
