Re: the vaccination talk. My almost 8 year old niece was getting her very 1st flu shot yesterday. Her Mom has been a pretty vocal anti-vaxxer so I have no clue where this came from, but I'm cautiously optimistic about this.

Unicorn, I don't think they look bad, but I do wish they were bigger! Or maybe if the shade was round so it wasn't so many square shapes kinda lined up if that makes sense?

xolastunicornxo I too love the lamps, but wish they were taller. But I wonder if it wouldn't look so...off...if you had something hanging on the wall above your bed. To break up the space.

@unicorn, i don’t mind the shape because the globes in the stand are round, but I do wish they were taller, too

I just finished the draft of our holiday cards from pictures I took one morning in September, but I am going to decorate on Friday and may try to get a more a holiday-like picture.

MH got sent home from school with pink eye. He went right to urgent care, got an rx and is now home. New sheets on the bed and fingers crossed no one else gets it.

I took my car for an oil change/tire rotation this morning right from drop off. They were crazy and asked if I could leave it and they’d call around lunchtime. I walked home with C but I still haven’t heard from them. If they don’t call soon, I won’t have time to walk back before pick up. I desperately needed to grocery shop and didn’t want to wait for I put the infant carrier in DH’s car and did that. guster thanks for the glove idea for DD’s school. I hired a friend to make them and I have been traveling the state to get the gloves cheap. I have 174 pairs but need 310 total. |

Did finaroo ever go to medical school? I know she was thinking of it when she stopped coming around? She was supposed to go to school in England, but it didn't work out. I just sent her a text to see how she's doing and will update if/when she responds. She’s back in school, but decided to focus on public health policy. |

Hi everyone! I left my phone at home this morning and just got it back a little after lunch. M is off of school and he and MH stayed home until he had to go in to work for practice and they stopped by to give me the phone. guster That sucks for Yh. Hope it is contained to him. xolastunicornxo I think you made the right decision regarding the lamps.
