Ok. Time to put the candy away and get ready for the holidays! It’s a new month. 3 weeks today until thanksgiving (for some of us). Let’s go!

Yesterday was a fasting day so I skipped breakfast and ate lunch only. I did work out because I knew I’d be indulging in some candy. Well, my dinner turned into candy. I started at like 4pm and then felt sick so I passed on dinner that I made and then continued to eat candy when we were done trick or treating.
Hoping I can really kick it into high gear these next 3 weeks! I’d like to get into the next decade by thanksgiving. I’m 6 lbs from there. That’s my goal!

I went to yoga 35 times in the month of October. I might have a problem.
I wanted to get into the next decade but didn't make it. I am only 2.5lbs away, so it's my November goal now. The end of November is very busy for us with MH's birthday and Thanksgiving (the same day this year!) and DS2's birthday.
I'm starting IF this month as well. Hoping to keep with it during the work week and most of the weekends, but those are always more difficult.

So, I just try to minimize how much I eat and call it a day.

I told you yesterday how great you look. Sometimes the lbs don't have to matter. I get it though.

But I’m also with you because even though I am feeling really great, the scale is pissing me off. I hate the numbers that I see.

I agree with tgrimes . You look fantastic! But I’m also with you because even though I am feeling really great, the scale is pissing me off. I hate the numbers that I see. I think I look good, too! But I think my issue is mostly because my stomach is so gross. The skin has been so stretched out that it's definitely not flat and hangs down. So I am stuck on trying to lose more weight in hopes that it will shrink more. I am pretty sure the only solution is surgery though. And of course I have that number on the scale that I would like to see. Even though I know it's not everything. I think because it's such an easy way to measure your success, it's really hard to let go of the scale part of getting healthy.

I have never been so self conscious of my stomach before but mine also is a hot mess. Stretch marks (those are actually the least of my worries), saggy skin, and my c section pooch make it look awful in my eyes. I see so many women that actually look better post pregnancy so I’m holding on to that but I also agree that surgery might be my only option one day.

Like I don't even know how else to explain that. It used to be cute, now it's just very depressed.

I know for damn sure my diet will be bad, no way will I resist the piles of candy we have. So I'll just have to make sure my activity level balances it out.

I can't yoga because it literally hangs when leaning over/down dogging and I get REALLY self-conscious, even when alone.

High waisted yoga pants help somewhat with this for me. But yes, it's not fun at all.

Today was a fasting day and it was easy since I'm off work. I just cleaned the house until it was time. Bam.

Busy few days! I lost 8lbs in the month of October for a total of 34.5lbs. The second half of October was a struggle.
Getting started in November, I had to co-teach a zumba class this morning to be observed by my boss. Next week, I have the whole class (full hour) as a substitute. I have enough songs/music but I got to practice all week! I’m excited but so nervous. This week will be all practice to make sure I know the songs inside and out!

Can I go here?
I started a low carb 'diet' and overall better eating July 24th, and August 1 started BBM 5.0 (90 days). I get up at 5.15am to do my BBM workouts and then two nights a week I go lane swimming. I'd like to go lane swimming more but I go once by myself and am doing 45 minutes of continuous swim, and then do 30 minutes when B is taking lessons on Thursday evenings. I've lost 10 lbs so far and feel good, I'd like to lose another 20-30lbs but I'm just focusing on 10 lbs at a time.

I struggled through grocery shopping this morning. I need to come up with a lock tight meal plan and make everything at once when I’m feeling good. I’m eating junk because it’s so much easier to just grab and down, so maybe if things are ready to eat I’ll be able to eat better. And M, gahhh. I need to get some veggies into her.
If anyone has any super simple roasted veggies, chicken, ground meat recipes I’d greatly appreciate it. I have two zofran left and if I can manage to save them for two days of cooking I think I’ll be good.

So, I weigh in tomorrow and I just realized that I could potentially be back at pre-baby weight by the end of this month if I work hard! That’s crazy 😜 I kind a wanna make it my Thanksgiving goal or just before L turns 2 goal! It’s only 9lbs. away... ETA: vino, you definitely belong in here!

Hi from the treadmill at the gym.
That’s all I got. Feels weird to leave home earlier than I need to. To take time or myself.
