I need to finish reading yesterdays thread...left work early to meet the refrigerator guy...$500 later.
One of my best friends dogs passed away yesterday. I feel so bad for her, Im going to take her a bottle of wine and give her a hug today.
We are meeting Evies old DCP for lunch then headed to Prowl O Ween at the big cat preserve.

It’s so rainy and gross here. We have a Halloween party tonight. Josie’s all set as a witch, but Charlie has about 4 costumes (none of which I like, but it will come down to what he tolerates wearing.)

Morning!
We just finished making blueberry muffins and B has tennis at 10. We have a couple errands to run afterward (DH has decided we need some new luggage?) but then it’s back here to watch football...big game for my Gators today! I have serious FOMO, this is only the 2nd time since I was about 5 to not be there in person.

So evies costume is a bit too small...i cant decide if i get her the next size up or just say whatever.
I talked to the car dealership last night. Apparently my jeep made it to KC and has to go to dealership in Iowa, then will be transportes back. I hung up the phone and told H. We both rolled our eyes...they have no clue when it will be here and Im tired of the stories. I sent my salesman a text and told him if they didnt have anything on the lot they could get me in this weekend, Im done. The stories are ridiculous. He sent me a text and told me to call when I have a chance. I didnt call him back and dont plan on it.

Morning! No big plans today. Lo’s teacher emailed me late last night about LO not listening. He’s been struggling with it at home too. I found some sesame street episodes about listening this morning that I hope will help.

Morning. I hit the treadmill this morning because we're getting lots of rain and wind with this Nor'easter. The lights have flickered a few times but I'm hopeful.
DH and Colin picked up donuts and now we're relaxing until Colin's soccer game. They've missed so many practices and games that they secured space at an indoor place a couple towns over, so he's pretty excited to try it out. Chase is going to be a wreck since they didn't do anything for his Cubs group. We'll probably go out for lunch after.
I need to make the muffins I never made last weekend and that's about it. Should be low-key, hiding from the rain.

I just saw a puppy through the Humane Society we got Paige through 8 years ago. Thr foster mom is the same that had Paige, so I sent her an email to see if we could meet her...

mwhip How frustrating! I’m sure a year of free oil changes, lifetime of tire repair and some free winter floor mats would make this all a little better. Time to start negotiating.

Morning. I was supposed to be up and at ‘em already, but I guess we were all tired because everyone but M2 just got up. Not sure what I’m doing today. I just saw an SUV pull up to the curb and this woman gets out and is rummaging in the trunk. Thinking it's someone from the PM's office, I hurriedly pull on jeans and a sweater and get to the door as she's walking down the sidewalk, after leaving the microwave on the porch. I opened the door and called out, Hi! She's like, 'Hi, sorry it's taken so long, our system was all screwed up this morning". I was like, "it's ok, what's your name?" She replies. I'm like, 'Ok, I'm Flamingo. Thanks again!" She smiles and heads back to her car.
And then I realize...that was the Amazon driver.

LOL flamingo I think it’s safe to say that this microwave has taken over your life. If this goes on for any longer we made need to stage an intervention, try hypnosis, sound therapy with bowls or essential oils to rid this microwave from your sub conscious. Don’t worry, we’ve got you. |

She said he was pretty devastated when they got the paperwork from the dmv. He’s scheduled for a written & driving test dec 12. He’ll pass with no problems. I’ve already expressed to my mother that my sister & I don’t think he needs to be driving anymore, just in case he has another episode while driving. She doesn’t want to listen to us. |

There are about a dozen Halloween activities today. Obviously we'r can't go to them all. There are 2 we'll go to for sure. Plus I have to get groceries for their party tomorrow. It's going to be a crazy day. mwhip cutest pup ever. |

mwhip is it the unicorn costume? It didn't look too small, it should be fine. Is she complaining that it's uncomfortable? If not, I would just leave it. She just needs it for a few more days.
