I’ve had something greasy or creamy every day for the last few days, and I really feel like it’s taken a toll on my skin this week, so back to cleaner eating and a mask tonight.
We have gymnastics this morning and I’ll take the kids for bagels afterwards.

We have X's therapy this morning. They're supposed to give me all the detailed interventions they want for a sensory diet.

A couple errands this morning but that's about it. That hurricane is moving fast and we're expecting some rain and wind today, so we'll probably be inside most of the afternoon.

So the attorney that was looking for me yesterday just needed an email and attachments printed out in color. He thinks I have the only color printer and has no idea how to print from it himself. Anyway, he asked how I knew he was looking for me and I told him and he rolled his eyes. Even he doesn't understand why coworker would text me about stupid work shit when I'm not here.
Anyway, I kindly texted her yesterday saying, "I'm sorry, but I have other things to deal with today that don't involve work." So now she isn't speaking to me. Whatever, at least it will be a quiet day and I won't have the constant messages of what every single person around her is doing.

Morning! My sister just dropped her little 2 off for a couple hours so the kids are entertained

I need to pack for my trip and make another target run. And i promised n we’d make Halloween cookies so i have to get stuff for that. Then a double header in volleyball tonight.

Morning! It is warm and humid here today and I'm so ready for the fall weather to return tomorrow. Everyone was grumpy this morning so I'm actually glad to be at work despite hating my actual job lately, so that's... something. Haha.

Lots of excitement though - the fire department is visiting the K-2nd graders at Colin's school today and they'll be at daycare tomorrow. I think this'll be the first time Chase is big enough to sit in the truck, if he's willing. He sure talks a big game!

A firefighter is visiting H’s class today too. Not sure if there will be a fire truck there.

joelies T’s class has the fire department today too but I didn’t mention it since everything makes him cry lately. I still can’t figure that out, he was never like that.

Waiting for C to wake up then probably heading to the mall to return pants that didn’t fit T. I don’t get it, I bought 3 pairs all from Crazy 8’s and 2 fit and the other is way short. Different styles but the same size.

Good to see you cheeksmum. The newborn phase is a total haze. Tiny little people who don't sleep long enough and poop a lot. I hope you're getting some rest.

klong11 when you mentioned paper files the other day I forgot to mention there's a guy here who prints EVERYTHING. We have electronic records and despite having 2 large computer monitors, he prints every damn medical record. Most are just a lot of filler and copy forwarded material with only a few lines of good information, but he'll print them and they are usually 4-7 pages each. Whenever we have to do online training (which is always a worthless check the box activity and the answers are available on Google) he prints out every single slide. That man must hate trees.

The girls' belt test went on forever last night. I was so glad when it ended. They were proud though and their board breaks went well.

This morning my boss was a dick and jammed his way into my office to scold me for missing the morning meeting. I told him I went and no one was there. He said it started late and I should keep checking back and that I missed a good discussion. It was all I could do to not roll my eyes. Then he popped in 10 minutes later to apologize that he felt attacked in the meeting and he took it out on me. So being attacked is a good discussion? Oh-kay. Just let me do my work dude. I've got reports stacked up in my queue.

I have to give it to MH. He scored big. We finally got the bill for Madison's hearing aid. The device and doctor visit was $1300. Of course insurance doesn't cover it because most insurance companies here are shit and don't think it's important to hear. We don't qualify for some of the cost relief programs. But when he called the office they said since we have 0% coverage from insurance they'll deduct 40%!!! Wahoo!

Morning. I slept ok last night but TMI I have some blood and mucus in my stool so I’m kinda freaked out about that. I sent a message to my doctors office and I’m waiting to hear back. I’m glad both girls have school this morning so I can lay in bed, but unfortunately that’s going to end here soon because I will have to pick them up. I’m supposed to work tonight but I think I’m going to call in because I don’t want to be stuck at work with this.

Haven’t read yet but Charlie’s exhausting me before the day is even halfway over. He’s in the big emotions phase (Josie didn’t get here til
3.5, so I wasn’t expecting it so soon) Everything is either amazing and easy or it’s heartbreak hotel and tantrums over here. Guess which this morning’s was.

Hi hi - about to head to a PTA meeting for daycare. J's nail fell off at school yesterday, actually he bumped it and his teacher pulled it off for him. He was telling me about how brave he was and didn't think he was brave until he did that, what a sweetie. Also his Halloween costume came in and he is in dog heaven. He said it's everything he's ever wished for...hoping it's not a hot Halloween, it's a thick dog suit.

I feel you. Chase screamed and hit me with a drumstick last night. His tantrums often involve physical aggression, which is fun.

That’s great! 40% is nothing to sneeze at.

I’ve always heard if you can/have to pay cash for medical or dental work a lot of offices will knock the price down. Makes sense since they’re not having to pay someone to deal with the nightmarish bureaucracy that is most insurance companies.

Morning ladies! Today was the pumpkin patch with Evies preschool. She was kind of a shit and wouldnt play with the other kids. Her teacher asked if everything was okay and I told her this is her home attitude. She told me maybe next field trip, I dont go so that Evie isnt clinging.

I think I'll take my Jeep to get the oul changed since Im way past due and we dont have anything else planned for the day.

We survived our errands and made it home before the rain started up. I was hoping DH might get home early and/or be able to pick B up but it's looking like that's a pipe dream. C is currently chowing down on CFA.

Speaking of, a lady at the first shop we were in told me C looks like "a little Southern belle" with her dress and big bow. Little did she know that is possibly the highest compliment she could pay me at this point in C's young life

If you work where I think you work, it’s not close. It’s in Paramus Park Mall. There are hardly any stores left in that mall but it’s my favorite to just go wander alone with the baby.

Evie and I are at the dealership for an oil change...bored. We walked the car lot and found plenty of Grand Cherokees we like. A salesman approached me so I asked about trading in early and he told me there are no penalties. H said we can start looking.

That's exciting! I have loved the last couple model years that I've seen on the road.
