Everyone go apple picking for me, please!

We've actually had some fall-ish weather in Texas and it's been so nice. No apple picking but I am super excited to go to the pumpkin patch this year. I know my DD will love it and I have a cute little pumpkin outfit already picked out for her.

I am really looking forward to cooler weather! We probably will not make it to apple picking this year, but we will definitely hit up a pumpkin patch soon!

I’ve already ordered some maternity/nursing sleep bras, since it stopped being comfortable to sleep without a bra and my sports bras were too constricting. They’re amazing! I can’t decide it I want to get new daytime bras now, or wait and see if they grow even more.

The weather is weird this time of year in CO. It can be 80 and sunny one day, and 50 and gray the next. It was gray and chilly for a few days, but the sun is back today!

Yeah it's 80 today, but it's supposed to sprinkle the rest of the week, and a big storm this weekend! Then like 50/60, I'm afraid we'll end up getting an early snow! (I'm out in the plains of CO )

Seriously. I'm too scared to be excited. But I will need a couple of new bras and probably jeans before 8 weeks due to my endo

skidevil87, I was the same way my first pregnancy, way to scared to buy anything for a ridcuolous amount of time. Infertility really does steal so much joy. I hope you get some reassurance soon!

I think for me, it helps that this is literally my first pregnancy ever. With no history of loss, it’s not as scary of a transition to believing that this embyo will turn into a baby. I had a hard time initially believing my nurse that I was pregnant though. My body doesn’t get pregnant! We’re here though, so I’m determined to enjoy it.

My embryo is normal, it's good quality, I have no history of loss and neither does my sister or mother. When we first started IVF I was so determined to think- just get the damn embryo in there... I CAN DO THIS! I've never had a problem with the inside of my uterus... I have no reason to believe that I won't see a normal ultrasound on Tuesday. PS. My stretchy fat jeans wouldn't button today...

Jealous of you boob people. My boobs did not grow at all for DD. I really thought they weren’t going to work. They got fuller when breastfeeding , and quickly went back when done. Forever an A cup I wouldn't be jealous- Mine will probably just turn into saggy pancakes that just happen to fit into a C cup when I'm done breastfeeding.

I'm hoping it holds off for a couple of weeks, but you guys typically get snow long before we do, in much greater quantities. We get no snow out here, just wind.

You CAN do this! But it’s a process too, dealing with the emotional baggage IF has given us. And it’s different for each of us. Do what you need to do to help you move forward, whenever you’re ready. There’s no right or wrong on when to start buying stuff, or any of those other milestones.

I will be getting my maternity clothes down from the attic this weekend. I probably won’t wear any dedicated shirts or pants yet but I need my belly bands so I can unbutton things.

We got the feed we swathed baled up before the storm coming tonight! I have been absolutely sick and a wreck about it. This is our only paycheck for the next 10ish months, so having the best 1/3rd secured is such a relief. We'll swath the rest after the freeze/rain, and hope the weather stays dry for another week to get it all baled up.
I have been losing my crap for two weeks. Poor DH, he is exhausted, and probably tired of me telling him what the weather app says three times a day. I've been at an 11 about this. Being pregnant has upped my anxiety, but it's always like this. There is nothing either of us can do about the weather, so it's just hurry up and wait, get what you can done when you can.
We needed a win.

During my last pregnancy in April, I was in maternity clothes by 8 weeks. So much bloat and uterus growth quickly. I can already feel it happening again lol. There's no hope for jeans this time around.
I got my progesterone results back to and my level was a 26! I'm pretty happy with that.

DH’s uncle died last night. He’s very close to his extended family, so he’s having a hard time. He started talking about wanting to fly out for the funeral, but with PIO shots and time off work (especially since we already have tickets out for Thanksgiving) I don’t know if we can make it work. I felt so bad saying that, since I know he just wants to rush out to be with his family.
