LO says he had fun and had a good day. But then he said he was naughty but couldn’t tell me why. He did cut his heel on a wood chip so we got an ouchie report on the first day. I was able to pickup both kids before closing so no penalty for me (DC was close at 559). He worked on his letters when we got home while I cooked dinner. He’s currently finishing his dinner and I poured his bath. I hope it goes quickly.
Thanks for all the love today ladies. It is definitely a different experience at work and doing drop offs and pickups.

snoopmommymom - I cried so much on Colin's first day, you have to let it out. His day off course went so off track, making things so much worse, so yeah... So many tears. He's still adjusting and is exhausted from it, which makes me MORE emotional. But he seems pretty determined and maybe not aware of how big a deal this is. You guys will do great, but you can always vent/sob here.

Cadence gets her SMOs tomorrow morning. We of course, don't have the proper shoes yet because they said to wait so we could try them on after she has them. Now I have to decide if I take her to get shoes right after getting them so she can wear them the rest of the day, or if I take her after school. I guess I'll wait and see how long the appt takes. Kohls doesn't open until 9 and her appt is at 8:15, so it may be too early and have to wait until after school anyway. What size shoe does she wear? Plae are great for AFO because you can get a size that fits and larger tabs. I have some 11.5 blue rainbow if you want. They also sell them at Nordstrom if you want to check them out. |

I’m totally a nosy neighbour. When I was on maternity leave I knew the comings and goings of most of the neighbours, a year is a long time to keep busy 😬.
I always joke to keep the borders safe they need to put seniors housing and Mom’s on maternity leave, nothing would get past those groups.

E had good first technical day of pre-K today but it's no different than any other day at daycare and he transitioned 3 weeks ago. During circle time they talked about what new thing they got for school. Oops, he got nothing but he brought 2 books to donate to the school so that was his new. I mean he doesn't take lunch or bed a backpack and he gets shoes when he needs them and his birthday. He was fine with it but we talked about how he doesn't need these new things.
