I didnt work out this morning but did weigh in and measurements: Waist-down 2.5 inches Hips-down 1 inches Weight-down 6.4 lbs
I was stuck at the 6 lb loss for a bit, so I'm happy to break that. September's goal is to lose 5 lbs.

I think today is my rest day. I’m sore from the fittest yesterday and am walking back and forth with furniture people the past two hours and probably have another two to go. My body hurts.

Did Day 24 and 25 yesterday and the day before. I'm feeling good! I don't think I've lost much, but my body feels stronger which is great. I think resting on the weekends is key for me, so I will likely be way behind you guys, but I'll get to 90 days eventually!

Since i’ve been staring at her living room for 32 days, I’ve got a couple observations; she really needs to put a picture in that frame behind her to the left (her right) it’s the IKEA fame name still, and with the X picture, the top left is bothering me that it’s not a solid gray, it fades out. Fix it Jesus.

I'm thinking about trying this at some point even though I can't do the nutrition component. How long are the workouts and are you supposed to do more than one session per day?

I'm thinking about trying this at some point even though I can't do the nutrition component. How long are the workouts and are you supposed to do more than one session per day? It’s almost exactly the same, 20-24 minutes, just shorter rest times. The “surge” part of it is that you’re supposed to get 30 minutes of cardio on top of them. Some days I will do a 5.0 tabata or take a long walk with the kids. It’s not necessarily worth the money. I got it on discount on Black Friday. If you’re going to buy one, do the extreme. It’s 6 weeks of more intense than the free ones. I just needed a kick in the pants. (I don’t do the nutrition part of it either and still saw results last time).

Day 25 and 26 done. I doubt I will do weigh in for this fit test. I've fallen off the last 2 weeks so I'm just going to treat it like a normal workout and hope it's good for day 45.

I have successfully gained 3 pounds this holiday weekend. I’m doing well with workouts but I suck at food. I need ideas for what doesn’t make me starve while breastfeeding but also doesn’t make me fat.

I already do at least thirty minutes of cardio most days so that sounds like a waste.
