finished day 19 yesterday. I’m about a month in of working out consistently again and my knee is giving me trouble. This also happened this spring when I got into insanity and was to the point i couldn’t do much more than walk. Ugh. I’ve never had knee trouble and I’m pretty sure I use good form, it’s frustrating! My knees get sore, too. I take a break and/or modify if I need to. I can't get into this "kill myself to be healthy" mindset or I will for sure wind up injuring myself. It does seem like the stationary bike is helping strengthen my knees. If it's too terrible or making you nervous, I would do a couple days of Pilates or something then get back in and see how you're feeling.

Day 25 ✅ and a quick ab workout. Goi g to the gym but just going to do it he bike.
If anyone wants a good ab workout popsugar has good short ones.

I just did 2 days of weights and I’m a noodle now. So I think I’m up to Day 26, which I’ll do tomorrow hopefully if I’m not too sore.

Day 18 done. I was half way through 19 when jack woke up. Trying to get him settled on the couch so I can finish and hit the grocery. Going to try and do 20 later so I can start week 4 tomorrow. I will catch up!

I did day 29 and an ab video. No gym for me today since Lucas is sick, but I do have two soccer practices tonight!

I have fallen off, but I think I got up to Day 24. I'm going to get back into it tonight. Add me to the knee trouble group and I think I've developed plantar fasciitis on one side. I think I've been pushing a tad too hard, so I may need to ease up a bit. I'm thinking of taking weekends off to recover... I need more than one day.

This program is pretty high impact, if you ask me. I didn't do my workouts last night because I didn't have pain but felt weakness and a wobble in my right knee so decided on a walk instead.
I'll do 24and 25 tonight but continue to modify or just do a different exercise altogether if a move she's incorporating feels like it's going to compromise my knees.

I’m taking a rest day today. I may do it tomorrow but I have to fast until 11 am and can’t drink so I lose any chance of a morning workout. I’m on day 29 so I’m fine to skip tomorrow too if I need to.

Did Day 24 yesterday and I'm feeling ok to do 25 today. I agree cagoldi that it is high impact and I'm trying to manage any over exertion. I always want to jump right back into my pre-pregnancy work out style and it's just not doable post-partum.

Day 29 done but with my old weights. I was able to get to Target today to get heavier ones though.

Day 30 done. That fit test was brutal!
I was up a little in weight but I ate out two meals yesterday so I’m guessing water weight. My waist was up .5inches as well but I lost an inch in my thighs, bust and hips from two weeks ago so I’m happy with that.

I was caught up then fell behind again.
They're doing the drywall at the house and we're basically confined to the kitchen and hallway. I have nowhere to work out. Hoping they will be done tomorrow and I can pick up with Day 26 and 27, plus an ab video.
