Hi guys! I did day 15 fit test today, so I figured I'd start this thread for the next two weeks. I know we are all on different days, but people can jump in as they get here!

Ok, fit test. My numbers improved mildly. Honestly, I'm wondering how they will improve. i;m not stopping, and theres only so fast you can go without losing form, know what I mean? but i do feel stronger/leaner. First number is the first fit test, second is this week.
speed squats: 38/39 high knees: 115/120 pushups: 29/32 (modified) squat jumps: 26/33 tricep dips: 21/25 burpees: 12/12 alt lunge: 20/24 plank: 50/50

I didn’t write my numbers for the first fit test so I didn’t for the second. But I did do my measurements and I’m down .5inches everywhere which is pretty good for two weeks. I’m down 1.8#s but that could be my normal fluctuation so I’m not hanging my hat on it.

Day 15 done. Hopefully I can get my measurements and weight in the morning. If I get up early I’ll do day 16, so it’ll take me ahead for the weekend

Did Day 15. I also did not write down my numbers the first time, but I did this time. I did do measurements though, and I'm down about an inch all around and lost 2.3 pounds. I am a bit frustrated with what feels like slow progress, even though I know that is reasonable for where I am 10 weeks PP. I did feel stronger and more able to keep up this time, which is rewarding.

We got busy with paint samples last night and didn't get to do day 13. So I did abs, day 13 and the fist test. Mental note: don't do the fit test last.. Ugh. I'm worn out and my numbers weren't as good as I wanted. Speed squats: 35/43 High knees: 110/120 Push ups, knees: 12/16 Squat jumps: 24/25 Tricep dips: 20/22 Burpees: 8/10 Alt lunges: 17/23 Elbow plank: 45/50 secs. I'm down a pound, but I had already had my protein shake and a handful of cashews so I'm going to say 1.5

Day 16 done.
When o was doing the last plank move jello jumped on my head and attacked my top knot, so I had to pause and untangle puppy teeth from my hair! 😂😬

Just starting week 2 (I'm on Day 9) but I'm down 2.5 pounds. Pretty impressed since I'm close to goal, but I also just finished my period so I'm sure that has something to do with it.
As of this morning, I weigh what I did when we got engaged on Christmas Day, 2007.

I weighed and measured this morning. I am down a half inch from my waist and hips! But only down a pound, so that's frustrating.
I'd really like to lose 15 by November, come on body COOPERATE!

I just cannot get it together this week to get my ass up at 5.15am. So I'll be doing 16 tonight at 8.30 pm when all I'll want to be doing is resting.

I’m really happy with my results so far, down 3 pounds, feeling less jiggly. Need to ad abs still but I have eaten much better the past few days minus at DS’s Birthday the other day.

I am two days behind now 😞 With school starting I can't seem to find a spare minute or an ounce of energy. I don't want to lose momentum and get too far behind though, so I'm going to try to dig deep tonight. Wish me luck.

I'm on Day 11 also, going to try to double up tonight through Sunday to get ahead because Pete is traveling all next week so it's going to be rough to fit in.

So I can't complain as I'm on day 8, but are all you ladies seeing results also doing major diet changed? Just curious bc so far I've just been trying to make healthier choices but haven't don't anything drastic. As proved by the fact I am sitting here with a mai tai DH made me No diet change. At least not intentional. I do find I eat a bit better when I exercise. Not majorly dramatic results but 1/2 inch off in each measurement is pretty good for 2 weeks I’d say.

I’ve only done 2/4 of my weekly challenge days this week (not doing a 90 day, but she puts out a mishmash of a weekly routine).
It’s the last weeks of summer, the kids have been sleeping in and so have I. I did ride 12 miles on Sunday and ride 6 miles today and plan on pulling the kids to the beach on Saturday, which is about 8 miles, so there’s at least that.

Fit test done. I haven’t measured but I doubt i lost any inches. Didn’t lose any weight....

It's only Day 10 for me but I've been doubling up to stay on schedule/catch up.
Did Day 15 and since last Wednesday I'm down 7 pounds and lost 1 inch from my hips. Waist and thigh measurements are the same but again, it's only been ten days so I'm pleased.
