Noelle's spit up is getting out of control. And like, whenever we're around other people they always rush to clean it up where as I'm like "why bother, more is going to come in about two minutes". I seriously had to change shirts 3 times before going to work out yesterday, and then when I got home she soaked the one I finally ended up wearing. The doctor said just to cut back on the formula we were giving her, but that doesn't seem to be helping at all. But she seems happy so I don't know how much I should worry or push it? Maybe just deal with washing clothes ALL THE TIME. Oh, and our washer broke. Womp. Just wash all the time. This was my life with DS1. Whenever I packed a diaper bag there would be at minimum 2 changes of clothes for him and two shirts for me along with a number of blankets. Don't cut back on the formula, she will just keep puking up and then getting less food. If it isnt hurting her tummy why not let her eat what she wants?

I am getting so sick of the varying night wakongs. Two nights ago it was one with a morning wake up of 5:45 (which I can handle). Last night it was a wake up at 11:30 and then at 3:45 where we "partied" for an hour before I brought him to bed and nursed him again.
Also I thinky kid officially hates his car seat due to being hot in it so often. He will screams while out in it but as soon as I put him in the baby k'tan he is all smiles. I am hoping I can put him in the main part of the stroller soon and that he doesn't scream there too.

I'm asking this on both my BMBs...does anyone have any tips for improving balance?
I've never had the best balance. I frequently have ear problems so I think that might have something to do with it. But, after having Noelle it's really, really, really bad. Like comical almost. Whenever we have to do anything balance related at buti or barre, I look like bambi taking her first steps. I can barely hold any balance pose for more than a few seconds. And I thought it would eventually improve but it's now 4.5 months of working out 3-5x a week and I'm not seeing any improvement at all.

6 year old patient: Hey, can I play with those tops on your desk? Me: I don’t have any tops. Patient: Yes you do. Those tops right there. Me: ...Uhhh, no those are... not tops. My pump parts 😂

I’ve tried what seems like every brand and size of diaper and I cannot find one that keeps the poop from going all the way up the baby’s back. Pampers come with the added bonus of shitting out the leg holes too. Every time she poops she poops up her back.

ArielMermaid. Would you try cloth? We always have explosions in disposables but never in cloth. If not, you could also just put a cloth diaper cover over it and that would help.

We have a Fisher Price high chair. It can convert to a booster seat as well as the top comes off so you can take it places and strap to a chair. I really liked it and it was easy enough to take to my mom's or other places. We still have it to use for this baby. Mh and I were just talking the other night about putting it out soon so the baby can sit with us at dinner since she needs all the attention.
I can't believe our babies are this old already.

Lol clementine. Do you have any issues of those parts not staying closed? For some reason mine fall apart so I have to hold the backflow protector together when I pump. It's annoying.

The breastfeeding hunger seems to come in waves for me. When I do get I am absolutely starving.
No one hate me but I've been able to lose my pregnancy weight as well as an extra 13 pounds. We weren't eating the best before so I think changing our eating habits made a huge difference. Also cutting out dairy has helped. I also had to stop buying cookies and ice cream and other sweets and snacks because if they are in the house I would binge eat them.

I can’t see myself doing a cloth diaper. But maybe I should look into those covers. 😂 with all the spit up and poop I’m so tired of bodily fluids.

We had the exact same conversation today. I think I’m going to pull it out tomorrow. It’s too fast. Why do they grow so fast?

Hello, I finally got around to stopping in!
@ leatherpants hope your trip went well!
The high chair we have is my mom’s that my grandma gave me. I think she bought it from Eaton’s catalogue back in 1957 so it’s safety features are definitely lacking. I won’t put A in it until she can sit on her own better.

I haven’t had that issue, but sometimes condensation gets into those parts when I pump. Not sure if that’s an issue or not.

cp3 so proud of you!!! You've been killing it. I got down to PP weight right at 6 weeks but I'm not down to pre-IVF weight yet (a 5 lb difference). And my hips are still wider so I'm wearing a size up than I was PP. BUT for the first time in 4 years I'm not on hormones, in the middle of treatment, pregnant, or actively miscarrying, and I FEEL AWESOME. It is SO NICE to have my body to myself. If I gain a pound it is because I ate too much. If I lose it's because I stayed on track or ran more. Even though I chose not to EBF, I can appreciate the challenges that the BFing ladies are going through because I know it is so difficult to manage your weight when hormonal issues are at play. I went through that for so long. It is so hard. All you can do is eat as well as you can, move as much as possible and be kind to yourself. It isn't forever.

Argghhh our Christmas jammies came in, but they don’t fit. Well, the medium bottoms fit for both H and me, but the medium tops are too big. And you can’t buy mismatched sizes. Sad face.

cp3, that’s so awesome!! Definitely should be proud. Feel free to brag away! leatherpants welcome back!! Hope you guys had a great trip. calendula, that’s an awesome feeling to be off meds and not pregnant and get to just be YOU. When trying for L, we took a break for a few months and I’d forgotten what it was like to not be on meds. It was such a good feeling! Just checking in! I’ve been back at work for a week now and it’s going pretty well. As I expected I was pretty much immediately busy - I already have two deadlines next week 😬 But the good news is I’ve gotten on some really cool projects and I’m remembering how it felt to be good at my job. That said - DS1 has been acting out a bit and extra clingy at night. I’m not sure he realized how much I would be gone when I talked about going back to work. He seems extra sad when I leave now. I feel terrible. I’m excited for him to start preschool in a few weeks so that he will have something to look forward to.

This baby is driving me crazy. As soon as we put her down she rolls onto her stomach but doesn't know how to roll back so she just cries until we put her on her back. Repeat a million times a day.
She started doing the same at bedtime last night and it took forever for her to go down. I need her to figure this rolling thing out.
