As of this morning, I'm down 13 lbs, about 10 from prepregnancy though. I haven't been good about the treadmill these last two weeks but when E sleeps crappy I need the extra 30 minutes. I've noticed that I am slacking a little more with what I am eating. If I'm having something I really shouldn't I have been trying to at least be aware of portion sizes.

My 6 month weight watchers subscription just ended and I lost 15 lb total. I wish it would’ve been more but meh- WW was okay but I found that I would eat a ton of 0 pt foods just so I could eat a bunch of treats so I was probably overdoing it even though I’d technically stay within my points. I also think they were way too generous with extra points for breastfeeding, but I almost always used them all. Now I’m just tracking calories on MFP and trying to hit my macro percentages. I’ve also just started training for a 5 mile turkey trot but I’m not telling anyone about it IRL (except H obviously) because I’m terrified of failing and giving up 😬

Great job everyone!
I’m continuing to slowly lose weight. I thought my scale was broken for a while but it seems like it is actually happening. I pretty much cut out all wine last month and dropped a few lbs so I guess I was getting more calories from alcohol than I had thought. I’m about a pound above where I was at this time two years ago. I’m working on generally cleaning up my diet in anticipation of weaning next month. Last time I weaned it was pretty soon after my mom died and I was emotional eating and gained a bunch of weight. Hoping to avoid that this time around and maybe even get back to my realistic ideal number.
