FYI I wore my Fitbit that has an HR monitor (although it's not known for being perfectly accurate), and I didn't come anywhere close to 160 calories for one workout. I just did two (Day 4 and 5) and I got 170 calories for BOTH combined.
Obviously that will vary based on fitness level, weight, etc. but thought I would add my experience with that.

cagoldi, yeah I’ve been noticing that too. The other day I got about 75 calories. But it makes sense for a strength workout. Especially when it’s only 12 minutes of actual exercise
