C was up early so I did Day 3. I forgot what an obnoxious water bottle she uses in 5.0. I cannot drink during workouts or I throw up but I drink so much right after then have to pee like 40 times in a row.

MH has been hanging out and doing his own workout while I do mine. It has made me aware of how snarky I am during her work out. I criticize so many things and often yell, "okay, Briana!" at the tv.

I kept pushing it off and then DH left to run errands right after work, so I missed my window to do it solo...
*poof*
Got it done, though! Even with a 40 lb 2y/o on my back during the final plank 😬

We have a funeral and a birthday party tomorrow so I went ahead and did day 4 and the ab video for tomorrow. I'm exhausted.

Just finished day 4 and it left me feeling.. meh. I knew the cardio workout would be the same as day 2 but didn’t realize it wasn’t going to be a new video, but just a separately taped intro. Is that how it will be the whole time? kim22 peachsmama? I know i could ignore that, and just do the workout but i find t irritating that she’s pretending to be on the same day. Lol I feel the actual workout time might not be enough for what I want. I might switch to T25 which is also 90 days, so I’ll still check in here. I’m paying for Beachbody on demand so I might as well use it.

It is annoying listening to the same questions at the end every time. I was skeptical of only 20 minutes but I gave it a chance because realistically that’s what fits my life right now and I lost 20 lbs in 90 days doing no additional workouts. I will probably run a few days a week when the kids go back to school because someday I’d like to use my bikini for more than photos alone in my bedroom.

I need to motivate to do this tonight. Thought maybe if I wrote about it, I'd force myself into it. I'm bringing Charlie up to bed now-- I'll throw on a sports bra to be one step closer.
ETA: did it Once I get going I'm usually fine. Anyone else feel like the cool down is way too long? Both yesterday and today I used the five minutes to do a short arms routine with the weights, and then I did a two minute cool down on my own after.

Even after day drinking at the pool all day I got day 4 done!! guster I always skip the cool down.

I am doing a rest day today since I'm in a hotel. I'll double up starting tomorrow evening until I'm caught up again.

👋 Hey ladies. I’m totally lurking this thread, even though I’m in the middle of a different challenge for another couple of weeks.
I may jump back to her weekly challenges or do a Surge (one of her paid things with double days) week after I’m done though, so I’ll continue to check in.
I loved 5.0 and lost 9lbs and 13 inched and went from 8-12lbs!
You can do it!

I did day 5. At this point I think I will probably skip the rest days all together if I can, and just use them if I can’t squeeze it in.

I did Day 5 today and 3/5 of my children asked to join me. They all want their own water bottles, mats and weights, and Evie needs a headband. This was not how this was supposed to go.

Finished day 5 and 2 ab workouts since I missed it yesterday. Yesterday was my rest day. I did corn most of the day though so not very restful lol.

Y'all I am so behind already. Planning on day 3 tonight. I'm only doing the YouTube videos..besides her meal plan are there other workouts I am missing ? I pay and do her ab series but for the 5.0 you're not missing anything.

Didn’t get Day 5 in yesterday but did a 13 mile family bike ride. Going to spin after work and will do Day 5 when I get home.

Day 6 done. I didn’t get to the gym this morning since I had to wait for our internet guy.
NSV, all my medium workout short we’re dirty this morning so I threw on an old pair of size smalls and they fit!!

Apparently today is my rest day. I couldn’t peel myself out of bed this morning and currently feel like I got hit by a Mack track. C has a Drs appointment in the morning and I am working from home after so I’m planning to do it during lunch.
