How do you guys measure your waist? I thought it was the fleshy part just below your ribs but some sources say it’s right above your belly button. Sadly I have a 4 inch difference between those two areas so I’m curious what way others do it. I'm terrible at measuring. My numbers are always all over the place even if I'm consistently losing weight/inches.

I usually measure my waist at the smallest and at the belly button. And measure when I exhale and relax.

Josie will be in school four days a week but only from 9 to 12. Charlie pretty much gave up his nap, but it be far easier to wrangle one child while working out, so it is an option. Although, I really do like an early morning workout -- I like knowing that it's done, and anything else that gets done throughout the day is a bonus. Is it you who said your kids take forever to eat breakfast? Could you make breakfast and do it while they eat? You have a good memory! And, yes, they used to take forever, now they're grab and go with cheese and blueberries. I also sort of don't mind working out around them. It's harder and sometimes I have to corral them, but I think it's good for them to see me working out.

Cadence basically put me and the chick down the whole time. Why are y'all breathing so hard. Do you hear her breathing? Watch me do it, then you'll know how. You jump slow, look how fast I can jump. This is easy, I'm really good at this. Why are you turning it off? It's over? That wasn't much exercise.

I try to not on weight days though because they're constantly stealing my weights and I'm so sure they will drop them on their little toes! I've given them their own little weights, but they want mine!

Day 2 done! That was rough. I'm sore from yesterday. My kids were asleep for most of it but the dog wasn't.. I stepped on Flash's tail twice and his paws 3 times and knocked him in the nose while do fake jump rope. And he still wouldn't keep his nose out of my behind!

Day 2 done! That was rough. I'm sore from yesterday. My kids were asleep for most of it but the dog wasn't.. My pup tries to lick off my deodorant the whole time, especially during cool down. I forgot cardio on 5.0 was a full minute, 7.0 was 20 seconds so today was rough but necessary.

Has anyone else looked for averge calories burned doing a BBM? I add my exercise into my app, I don't use a fit bit. From my research online most people say the average is about 160ish calories burned for the 20min? Anyone here track? Does that seem reasonable?

Finished a 2.2 mile run and day 2... which i didn’t realize was also cardio until i started. Oops. vino here’s my workout summer for bbm. Not as many calories as I was hoping for, but at least i was sweating!

Just finished day 2. Like slenle I also ran this morning so cardio was tough. Also C started yelling two minutes in, but no way was I stopping, so I spent the entire workout being ridiculous to distract/entertain her. Like, making blast off rocket noises during surfer squats and singing the can can for rockets lol.

I just finished day two. I thought it was fine. I didn't bring the yoga mat in from the garage so I did it on hardwood floor and I didn't like that part.

I didn't track the last time I did bbm. I wrote down all my numbers for yesterday's fitness test, but I didn't track today. Are you all doing that each day?

I dont track at all. I’m lucky to set my alarm for the ungodly time of 5:15am, no thinking for this cat at that time of day.

I didn’t because it didn’t make sense but I wondered if I was cheating in some way. Also peachsmama you are not alone in your gas. C did the workouts with me this morning and farted in my face no less than five times. It was not a motivator!
