I just finished 9 also. 7.0 was only 20 seconds of cardio so I started out all in and then struggled through the last 20 seconds.

Sunny41 remind me how well you liked her Surge program? And I know you've done her meal Plan in the past. Have you ever noticed a vegan or vegetarian option with those?

Sunny41 remind me how well you liked her Surge program? And I know you've done her meal Plan in the past. Have you ever noticed a vegan or vegetarian option with those? I have heard her apologize that her meal plans are not vegan or vegetarian friendly. I don’t use her meals but I try to stick with the basic principles of 5 small meals, a protein every 3 hours, 1/2 your weight in water. I’m failing on meals so far this time.

Days 11 & 12 dome. C did it with me and wanted to do weights so I figured we double up today. He’s tired and right after asked me what has protein in it. Not sure how he knows about protein...

H took the kid's over to a Friday night neighbor party last night, and I knocked out Day 10 before joining them.
Someone moved my new weights, so I did not get to use them. Found them tucked into my bed under the covers when I went to sleep.

I'm officially three days behind because of our little weekend trip. I actually think I'm going to jump back on the bandwagon with the day I'm supposed to be on and then just make up days three days as I go. But going forward I can't skip a day like this again. ETA: Changed my org. plan and just did 10 and 11. Hoping to do 12 tonight bc I still think the weight portion is easy this week.

I did day 13 this morning because I didn’t get to it yesterday... mostly because I was drinking at the pool all day. 🤷🏼♀️ now I’m at this gym, I may or may not do day 15 later today.

I did 2 ab workouts since I won't have much free time tomorrow. I just ate lunch so once it settles I'll do 11 and 12. 13 in the morning and yay! 2 weeks down!
