I just figure I might as well keep going, and then use my rest days on a day we have something going on and I can’t get it in.

Someone call me out if I don't check in that I got it done by like 10 p.m. We're at the jumping place today so I didn't get it done before we left this morning. But I'm hoping either while they nap or after I lay them down for bed. Need to do day 6 and an ab workout. I'm ditching the other challenges. Can't keep up with them.

Ugh, this sucks. I couldn't do it tonight so I'm even further behind. Our internet was out when I got home. Mh got it fixed, but I wasn't in the mood by then.

Ugh, this sucks. I couldn't do it tonight so I'm even further behind. Our internet was out when I got home. Mh got it fixed, but I wasn't in the mood by then. That’s a bummer for sure, what day are you on?

Well Jack lost his ever-loving mind during bedtime last night so it didn't happen. I'm getting my IUD taken out this morning, and as long as that doesn't make me feel too bad I'll do it as soon as I get back. I'm going to do six and eight to ab workouts today as long as this doesn't make me feel awful. I don't think it will, but I have no idea really.

Alright so I'm way behind. I did something to my neck last week and was nursing that injury before trying to jump in.
Did my fit test today and I'm just going to double up and/or skip a test day here and there until I catch up.
Took my measurements, too.
Let's just say those numbers are *very* different from when I was eighteen and had them done for a modeling evaluation. Yikes.

I did day 9, but I tweaked my wrist putting C’s car seat in the car today and I think I may have punch a nerve. So all the plank ones were hard, and I could do the windmills at all because it hurt to bear all my weight on that one wrist. I just held plank on my fists instead.

After all of my complaining about not wanting to take a rest day so I keep my momentum up, I went shopping last night instead and forgot to work out, so I just finished day 8 today. I think I need to up my weights because I didn't find today challenging. I struggle more during the cardio workouts.

I just finished 8. I like working out in the morning so much better but it took me all day to get my boob to stop hurting. My eating is still awful though so I’m not expecting great results until I get on that. H is working from home until his leg heals and when he’s here, I end up getting take out lunch instead of my usual salad.

6, 8 and 2 ab workouts done. I also prefer to work out in the am. Hopefully I can get my butt up and moving tomorrow morning. Going to the aquarium at 10.

Day 8 is done! I snuck it in while my kids were outside and they were legit upset I did it without them.
I'm not doing her meal plan, but I am eating clean. Yesterday they drank all my almond milk in their cereal and ate all my Chia seed pudding. Chia seeds! Whose kids are these?
