Good morning! It’s 5:30am and I’m done with my workout. Today was the Fit Test so it was relatively easy. Of course I forgot my pen and paper to write my numbers down and was too lazy to pause and go upstairs.
I thought it was a good intro. I do hope she talks a little less going forward though.
Before pics and measurements have been taken. I’m excited to see the changes moving forward. I think I’ll take pics and measurements the first day of each month of the challenge to see progress.
Is anyone doing the meal plan as well? I am not but curious about others.

I'm done too! I actually remembered to write my numbers down. I'm not following her meal plan, but trying to clean up my diet and meal plan.

Finished. I'm not following her meal plan. I'm eating small portions every 3 hours and giving myself one cheat day.

I actually did the fit test yesterday and then did day 2 this morning. I've got a busy end of the week, so wanted to get a jump start in case I need to miss a day!
Just to hold myself accountable, my fit test numbers:
1. Speed squat- 40 2. High knee- 111 3.Push up- 17 (modified on knees) 4. Squat Jump- 27 5. Tri dip- 21 6. Burpees (I HATE THESE)- 9 7.Lunges- 18 8. Elbow Plank- 60 seconds.

I just realized we are going to the IL's this weekend so Friday I will double up to get Saturday done as well and then when we come home on Sunday I can do that one.

I just finished the fit test. I find myself more sore the day after a fit test than a regular workout. I have never written down numbers but I decided I will just for fit test days. I did pictures but not measurements so I will do those today. I do not use her meal plans but I do try for a protein every 3 hours and to increase water. Now to keep myself from eating the Cinnabon’s I made the kids. I think I’m also going to buy the abs series because it helped me last time.

I took pictures and weight. I'm getting ready to do day 1. Waiting on my mom to leave. I'm also doing her ab workouts daily and a muffin top and butt challenge. Those only take like 10 minutes combined.

Fit test done. Whew. Speed Squats- 35 High Knees- 110 Push-ups- 12, from my knees Squat Jumps- 24 Tricep Dips- 20 Burpees- 8 Alt Lunges- 17 Elbow Plank- 45 secs
Going to do my other things now then shower. I'm soaked lol.
Also I have a question... TMI... does any one else pass a lot of gas while you workout? Lol. I could never do this in a group setting! OMG!

I'll do the fit test after work today and then tomorrow I'll likely do both Day 2 and 3. I need to try and get them in since I'll be OOT this weekend.
I had Cadence take my before pictures for me yesterday and then mh took another set. Cadence took better pictures than him, so I'm keeping hers. LOL

Okay, I did it! Whew...I'm sweaty. I like that she looks like post partum me and we had the exact same baby noises going on in the background. It felt more relatable than hopping around to a bunch of gym rats.
Not going to lie, it was tough getting even 20 minutes to myself uninterrupted at home. I finally got all the kids settled, and then my H tried to ask me a question and I was like "NO TALKING! I need 20 minutes to myself!" This is srs bsns, H.
No numbers this time, but now I know what to do for next time.

Not going to lie, it was tough getting even 20 minutes to myself uninterrupted at home. I finally got all the kids settled, and then my H tried to ask me a question and I was like "NO TALKING! I need 20 minutes to myself!" This is srs bsns, H. I think I have half the number of people in my house and this is still an issue. I either have to do it super early in the morning (which was 530 this morning and it still woke Charlie up) or I have to wait until seven when they go to bed and I'm utterly exhausted. During the summer, I can easily sneak away because MH is home but I don't want to get used to working out during the day if it won't be a possibility during the school year.

My numbers suck. I'm out of breath during the warm up and my 4 year old kept talking and trying the exercises and trying to use the yoga mat at the same time as me.
Speed squats: 31 High knees: 123 Push ups: 10 modified Squat jumps: 16 Tricep dips: 20 Burpees: 5 Lunges: 11 Plank: 60 secs

Spin class was a tough one so I almost pushed the fit test off until tomorrow but got it done. I didn’t do the warm up since I was still warm from spin.

How do you guys measure your waist? I thought it was the fleshy part just below your ribs but some sources say it’s right above your belly button. Sadly I have a 4 inch difference between those two areas so I’m curious what way others do it.
