I’m at the pedi. Apparently his appt is tomorrow....I’m really smart. They’re going to fit me in though so we may be here awhile.

Was his fever back this morning ? It was normal this morning. Yesterday after his nap it was 103 though. Hopefully it won’t get up that high again. |

Morning from Maine!
Just wanted to say hello. We are having a great trip with pretty weather and I love that the kids are getting to spend so much time outside.
In other news, C has figured out how to climb out of the pack n play, so that's...not delightful. We're currently taking bets on how long she has left in the crib...I doubt she'll be like Bradley and be satisfied with only one escape attempt.

Hi all, back to reality here. Kids slept for 3 hours on the drive home yesterday!! J was so proud of himself diving under waves at the beach - such a big kid! I was a bit sad to be back home but such is life. Highly recommend DW and Sesame place for the east coasters!

Good morning! We lost power for about 3-4 hours last night. Luckily it wasn't hot so it wasn't horrible. It just made taking care of E complicated since I couldn't find a flashlight. She was almost asleep when we lost power so the RNP stopped working and I had to nurse and rock her back asleep.
Going to visit a friend today who is pregnant. I should probably bring a gift (it's her second boy).

Morning! It was a busy weekend of fun without kids so i wasn’t around much. It was so peaceful getting ready for work alone this morning. They come back from the in laws tomorrow night, but I think I’ll be ready by then.

Morning! At the beach as we speak, just went to the vineyard and got ourselves some nice (and expensive, whoops) wine for tonight. Dd hasn’t STTN since we went on vacation, so I need the wine! flamingo can’t wait to be in Maine next year! tgrimes hope the wait isn’t to bad... tallb hope we can fit in sesame place next year! |

Morning! I lived through girls' weekend AND managed to get all the normal Sunday errands done. We went to my SIL's to go for a walk with her current foster dog and then for dinner, which made it a late night for the boys. But DH was super helpful when we got home so it wasn't too bad. I still passed out within a couple minutes of crawling into bed.
Looking forward to a relatively quiet week.

Morning.
I think M shared his cold with M2. He woke up yesterday with a fever and it came back after his nap yesterday. I'm hoping it's just a cold because we just finished antibiotics last week and I don't want him to have to take more again so soon. Since MH is off, he is taking him to the pedi.
I'm starting the day off slow at work. Not good for a Monday because I'll be dragging the rest of the day when and if it gets busy.

Morning!! We had a busy but fun weekend, and I haven’t caught up on the weekend thread yet. My oldest starts school on Wednesday so these are the last few days of lazy summer for us. I’m going to go to the gym and the target and then the kids have swim lessons. Maybe we’ll hang out at the pool after that.

Hello. It’s B’s first day of dance camp. Mh and I have orchestrated this complex schedule of work from home days and half days to try and make this work for her (the plight of working parents!). Two of my neighbors have girls also in the camp so they’ve been kind enough to alternate carpooling duties for all the girls. I can’t wait to hear how it went when I get home today. I’m also impressed that mh managed to get her hair into a dance appropriate style.  |

We have friends in San Diego whose kids started back last week! FL is somewhere in the middle of August, VA is after Labor Day--it's going to be a shock to my system when we move back. nam2013 Yes, the Lobster Festival is this coming weekend, I think we're going to go on Wednesday for 'locals day'  All the sympathy re: your DD not sleeping well. C's sleep has also gone to crap while on vacation, she was up at 3:45 this morning and other than a brief nap at 7, has been awake since :/ IDK what's up, she was exhausted last night and went right to bed. |

I went to a new girl for my highlights yesterday and now I'm blonde. It's not what I was expecting and I feel like I look ridiculous.
Date night was fun, but I hurt my hip sexing Pete so clearly I'm getting very old, very fast.
Infusion tonight. Hope all the kids take it easy on Pete while I'm trapped upstairs for hours.

DONE! OMG I feel like I could do nothing else and feel so accomplished all day. I've been trying to get through to them for WEEKS! I've called, faxed, emailed, regular mail, express mail. Everything! But it's done and we won't lose loads now. Thank god.

B looks adorable, yummeecookee. wedding I'm sorry about your brother. Was his last breakdown related to the divorce? It's hard to watch parents and siblings struggle like that. Hoping he will start feeling better soon. |
