Hopefully it's okay that I start the check in this week!
This is a combined TTC thread for EVERYONE currently TTC. Whether you're a first timer, a many timer, or an old timer come on in and pass the time as we struggle through WTO and the dreaded TWW.
As this is a combined thread there will be talk of LC, losses, and IF struggles. If any of these are hard for you please just let us know in your first post and I'm sure the lovely ladies on here will be happy to add TWs to accommodate.
Feel free to add a little intro to help us get to know you better;)
Please come join us!

Month/Cycle: 2/2
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: CD9
Symptoms: None. I feel like I was more bloated last month during this time so hopefully my body is just adjusting to the Femara this month
RRCS: 2 more days until we start daily bd. Ugh. I think I ovulated on CD 16 last month so I assume it will be close to that this month. The wondfo opks I used last month expired in 2017 so I just got a new bag to use this month.

Month/Cycle: Year+ active trying, 2 cycles post CP, 3-4 cycles post benching
Timing: N/A
CD/DPO: 9/ n/a
Symptoms: Clomid dose is up to 100mg and the hot flashes are definitely worse. I am also pretty moody, to the point that my husband asked if I was mad at him. Pretty much this feels like puberty and menopause mixed together and added spotting to the game.
RRCS: I'm set to ovulate on Saturday, which will be CD14. I don't think I have EVER ovulated on CD 14. It is so weird to see how the other/normal half lives. Last cycle, my LP was only 8-9 days with 50mg Clomid. I'm interested to see if my LP is any longer with the double dose. I'm also hopeful that we can just do the progesterone and trigger shot this cycle. I really don't want to "waste" clomid cycles if they aren't helping progesterone production. My RE favors the conservative approach, which I normally appreciate. However, notsomuch right now.

sarahh, good luck with your timing this cycle! I get so nervous about getting out timing right around ovulation, it's definitely stressful! Month/ cycle: 7/7 Timing: n/a Cd: 10 Symptoms: I also had a lot more side effects this month with Clomid, not sure why since it is the same dosage. Lots of headaches and nausea. RRCS: I'm so anxious about my doctors appointment this Wednesday. I think it will help us decide what our next steps are and if I'll be having surgery soon. I'm just ready to get some answers.

Cycle/month: 13
Timing: n/a
CD/DPO: CD 1
Symptoms: n/a
RRCS: Feeling pretty hopeless. H has had 2 SA done and we’ve been told it’s highly unlikely anything will happen with numbers this low (3 and 1.4 million). We are still waiting for the urologist that specializes in fertility to call to get us in and then we will have a minimum of 3 months of waiting after whatever he wants to try. I feel like all we’ve been doing is waiting. I’m not sure if I’ll keep charting in the meantime. I should take a break but I just can’t let go. It’s so hard to find a positive attitude when the doctors have all said it’s not going to happen. I kind of wish we were just jumping into IVF w/ ICSI instead of waiting to see if we can get his numbers up to try IUI again, they said it would have to be minimum of 5 million.

Month/Cycle: 9/9 2 CPs this year
Timing: -2, -1
CD/DPO: 21/10
Symptoms: sore boobs, which is normal for me
RRCS: I don't feel very hopeful this month as I've been so so sick with a summer cold/fever/etc since 2 dpo. I feel like there's no way my body would've allowed anything to implant and the fever probably wiped everything out anyway. So, just waiting for CD1 and I'll start letrozole this next cycle. Hoping I've kicked the cold by then so we'll be ready to rock and roll this next month.

Month/Cycle: 19/19 Timing: -2, -1, 0, +1 CD/DPO: CD 15/2 DPO Symptoms: None yet RRCS: FF gave me crosshairs on Friday. My temp hasn't lifted to where I actually believe it, but even if it happens as late as today (which was my expected O date) we should be spot-on timing wise. I hope this is it!! Also, doctor's appt. tomorrow for a general check-up and bloodwork, after that's back the next one will be an eval with the OBGYN. Also, rave: I've lost 12lbs!

My chart is looking triphasic. Trying not to over analyze, but it does look nice.

octoberrust, I'm sorry that's rough. I've been there with feeling absolutely hopeless and it's the worst. I forget, is IVF an option for y'all financially? For me personally after our first round of infertility I am not a fan of wasting time with IUis.

For me personally after our first round of infertility I am not a fan of wasting time with IUis. Insurance doesn’t cover IVF at all, although we may be able to get some of the blood tests and ultrasounds covered. Can we afford it? No, not really. We would most likely have to get a loan since everything has to be paid up front.

Month/Cycle: 12/4AL
Timing: -2, 0
CD/DPO: 26/13
Symptoms: sore boobs. Normal after O for me.
RRCS: PID came back. We’re benched for the next cycle. We’re waiting on the results of the ultrasound to see if it’s even safe to TTC without an RE at this point. Took a FRER yesterday at 12dpo , BFN. No shocker there. I didn’t feel like it happened this month.

sarahh, of course you can start it! sharebear, FX the extra side effects are worth it because that sounds not fun. sunny75, my first cycle on Femara and I had zero side effects, then 2nd and 3rd cycles had a TON more. I don't know why that is either. octoberrust, the waiting is the worst. I know some people have a lot of luck getting numbers up - I have lots of hope for you! radiantfate, congrats - that's awesome! Radley, I am so sorry you're benched and dealing with PID. honda, I wanna seeeeeeee! Month/Cycle: 23/6AL Timing: -2, O CD/DPO: 16/1 Symptoms: just really sore boobs that indicate O RRCS: I was super lax about OPKs and temping this cycle, as much as I hope it works and we don't have to do IVF I also realistically know that we will be doing IVF. Our timing wasn't great but it's something so whatever.

We would most likely have to get a loan since everything has to be paid up front. It's such a tough decision because of the financial aspect but I agree with sunny75 that sometimes it's a waste of time to try all the other things. Some insurances require you to try other methods but if that isn't a factor then might as well jump to the most successful one! My RE said that we could try for like 3-6 months on our own if we ever TTC again after this one but it would be fine if we moved straight to IVF. It was such a relief to hear that, that we wouldn't have to go through all the crap again if we didn't want to.

Radley I'm so sorry you're benched for the next cycle octoberrust FX for you guys. Our insurance doesn't cover IVF or any of the testing that goes along with it, either, so it'd be all out of pocket. Seems so unfair. Good luck to sarahh and sharebear! honda FX for a triphasic chart!! I hope that means good news is coming loorin I'm so sorry you've been sick If it makes you feel better, with my DD, both my XH and I were sick/fluish and I had pneumonia. Still got KU, and that was after 12mos of trying so I wasn't very hopeful either. @sunny76 T&P for tomorrow's doctor's appointment! Also big congrats to our grads Yogurt and remi! We'll miss you here, but hope you don't need to come back! Looking forward to seeing you on the other side!

Anyway, don't count yourself out yet!

charliefox you might be right. Thanks for taking a look and providing an outside perspective. I've been obsessing and couldn't see that right in front of me. That might just help keep me from testing.

My labs and ultrasound were basically inconclusive. The culture came back showing nothing, so I’m off the antibiotics. The ultrasound showed a cyst on/near an ovary but not much else. They are referring me to a different place and are suggesting an HSG. This is incredibly frustrating for me as I’m hurting quite a bit but these tests just keep getting more expensive.
