I somehow bursted blood vessels in my eye while sleeping though so now I have to keep sunglasses on or I look creepy. Oh goodness! I hope it doesn’t hurt |

Also, hi! Dh is out hopefully buying a car. He needs it, but I can think of a million other fun things I would have rather spent his bonus on. Oh well. So I’m a that gym so I can let the kids burn energy on the daycare. I never come on the weekends and it’s weird because I know no one here right now.

Morning.
Lazy morning here, it’s been raining but it is supposed to end by the afternoon so thats good. I’ve done two loads of laundry, dusted the house, and did grocery shopping last night, so feeling accomplished. B came home from my Mom’s yesterday a day early, says he just cannot be away from J.
I’ve been on the lookout for a new hand bag, so the search continues during J’s naptime.

I fixed an engine part on my car today. In feeling pretty proud of myself. MH doesn't do this kind of stuff so I was solo.

Hey. We went to zippidy zoo days this morning. They had inflatables there and we ran into friends. We drove 2 cars and I brought my work clothes because my coworker asked me to come in early and my work is really close so it would be silly to drive all the way home to change. Now I'm at work until 10, should be a blasty blast. S slept fine last night and is good this morning, but she didn't get feverish or start feeling bad yesterday until dinner time so I hope she does ok today.

The shower wasn’t too bad. I was the only one from her side of the family there. The groom’s mother & sister were very nice though.
I was hoping for some mimosas or something but they didn’t have any alcohol. I thought that was weird but my sister said she’s never been to a shower with alcohol.
Anyway, I’m glad it’s over. Once H wakes up from his nap, we’re heading to a party at my SIL’s. Trying to decide whether to bring vodka or wine. Decisions, decisions.

Hi girls.
We took the kids to the pool this morning and they had the best time. X is currently napping.
I can't remember if I updated after his last feeding therapy visit? She said that it's common to see these issues improve after the kiddos have their adenoids removed, so we're hopeful that's going to be the case for X.
Since he has sensory and oral motor challenges, we're working on a variety of exercises to address both.
He has thrown up/gagged/choked four times in the last two weeks (not including the day he had a fever) so she thinks that we also need to investigate seeing a GI for an endoscopy and swallow study.

We took the kids to the splash pad at the YMCA by our house. They had fun despite M insisting he didn’t want to go. I worked out while Mh watched the kids.
I got a good bit done, but not the whole room. I’ll finish when M2 goes down tonight. I’m really pleased with the color so far. I’ll post before and after pics when I have the room back together.

Today has been so busy. We hung out at my parents house and went to the carousel near them. Had a water gun fight, a balloon battle, rode bikes. We also took down the train track decals on Cs walls and hung pics. He insisted on a picture of Tino (our deceased English Bulldog that he never met) in his room. Kind of weird but also kind of sweet. Then we went to the mall and now we are winding down hoping for a 7ish bedtime. I’m exhausted.
