Have any of you heard about regular exercise changes O date? Because FF put my O date at CD13 until I discarded a temp due to drinking and switched it to CD14. This is the second month to have one so early. I don't know about exercise, but I def feel drinking messes with my data. Yea I need to be done with it. This coming cycle I’m not going to drink. See if that changes anything.

Do you think it could create a false O date?

CD1 for me. I’ve been anxious and symptom spotting the last week so I kind of feel better just knowing. On to Femara cycle 2.

sarahh for realsies, cycle twins. CD 1 today here. Clomid take 2 + progesterone is next for me. Ho hum. remi I have heard that extensive strenuous exercise can alter cycles. When I was younger, I was a kind of serious athlete and my cycles were even crazier than they are now. In my older and fatter years, my cycles don’t care how regularly I exercise 🤷🏼♀️

I got my crosshairs today, confirming cd15 as O. I like this earlier O that I've had the past 2 cycles, cd15 instead of 17-21.
So we hit -2 and O. That's about as good as I ever get, so I am really pleased. I have a full week of work to distract me while I wait. I will probably test at 12dpo, which I think is next Thursday.
I also had random spotting at 3dpo and I've never had midcycle spotting, always close to AF or right before a bfp. Not sure what that could be about. I was moving furniture around yesterday, and I wonder if that could have contributed to it.
