I have had cramps for days, and today I have some spotting. I told DH and he is convinced it is implantation bleeding. I'm glad he's so excited about this, but I just have this sinking suspicion that this spotting is going to turn to a period in another day.

That's so cute of your h to even be thinking about implantation bleeding. Like my h is so clueless. Hope AF stays away.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you, Yogurt and charliefox! Secondary IF sounds like such an extra mindfuck... like, "Come on, we did this before! get it together!" sunny75, it's so hard to be surrounded by pregnants when that's all you want for yourself. I, too, hope you're pregnant by the next appointment in 6 months! *hugs* pambee, big hugs, lady. You know YOU are not responsible for doing anything "wrong" to cause your loss/es. It's scarily easy to blame yourself, but it's really just the luck (or lack thereof) of the draw. I'm sorry you've had to experience that. I hope your timing was good and the progesterone helps and everything works out for you this cycle! gosh, sharebear, I really hope all of those side effects of the clomid are worth it this cycle FX

I like your ramblings. And sometimes ramblings are good for venting purposes. I hope you have a good day (especially if the ramblings are about sad feelings). <3

Hi *waves* I’m missing you all, so even though I don’t really go here any more, I wanted to pop in and say I’m thinking of you and hoping for many good outcomes. I’m also waiting out an obnoxiously long LP and I know this group can empathize. 16DPO (ish cause I didn’t track this cycle). It’s reeeeally unlikely this is anything cause we only DTD once in our window. Optimistically, it could’ve been -3, but was probably more like -5. BFN on a test at 14DPO. I need AF to just get on with it so I can move on with making peace with my 1 kid family. Crampy this morning so maybe later today. wildhoney I’m so sorry. All the hugs. octoberrust that sucks. I had one of those IUI’s where the doctor was clear that it was pointless and it was so depressing. MH had some success with OTC pills to increase sperm count. They’re not cheap and he has to take them 3x/day for 3 months to see improvement but they did actually work. Sperm count doubled from 2mil to 4mil. My RE also suggested MH see a urologist, which we didn’t do, but could be helpful for your H to talk to someone about other things he could do to improve sperm count and health given the tough environmental factors.

shakinros H saw a urologist when we were ttc DS. He was diagnosed with a varicocele and had surgery to repair it. They told us that the surgery may not be successful and even if it was that it could come back. His numbers only marginally improved, but I was pregnant exactly 3 months after the surgery. I think we just got extremely lucky since it didn’t improve his count or motility. Unfortunately surgery is not an option this time unless H can do it without prescription painkillers, since he is a recovering addict. I’m not sure what else a urologist could do for him, but we will ask. Any idea what the OTC pills were called that your H took?

octoberrust it was the Fairhaven Health brand Fertilaid for Men. Picked that one partially due to price - it was $30 instead of $100 like some of the other supplements. Since sperm production is a 3-month process, it does take time to see any effect. I hope it helps if you two decide to go this route!

Month/Cycle: 8? 9? Since November.
Timing: we have been doing EOD since CD8 and I think FF will put O at CD 14 again which means we would have gotten -6, -4, -2, O and will DTD tonight which would be +2.
CD/DPO: CD 16
Symptoms: none
RRCS: feeling like this month is not our month, again. FF doesn’t know what to make of my temp fluctuations and my LP fluctuations, and it’s super frustrating that I never know when O will happen. This will be the second month in a row that O came at CD14 when in all the past months it didn’t happen until CD18-20. But we actually started EOD early this cycle so that’s a positive. I’ve been contemplating doing vaginal BBT to see if that makes any difference in my temp fluctuations. Has anyone here done that? Is t really more accurate?
Also I feel really bad that I haven’t been around and been supportive of everyone here. I had to take a step back because I was getting so depressed and I didn’t feel like I could be a good addition to all of you. I feel selfish and stupid. I’m sending out big hugs to everyone who needs them.

Waves hi to shakinros! I don't think I've ever had a 16 day long lp lol. Maybe a couple times when I don't get a period for a couple months? It sounds miserable. We miss you here, thanks for popping in! Yogurt how do you like Ava? I am kind of thinking that may be a good thing for me, but I wonder how clomid + triggers might mess up the data. Good timing! remi FF never knows what to make of wonky temps. I just turned off their auto detector and have it mark O based on OPK. That has saved me a lot of misery and anxiety. I think a lot of apps are really great for people with "normal" cycles and "normal" BBT patterns and less great for anyone with any sort of irregularity or stat that doesn't fit into their algorithm. Not that I'm bitter from personal experience lol AFM I'm at 7DPO and this TWW feels soooooooooooooooooooooo long. Ugh. I'm having allll the feels about having to wait more days to test. I'm so impatient!

sharebear I haven’t done OPKs the last 2 cycles because I wasn’t getting positives since March but my temps always indicate O. I think I might have to get different OPKs because the ones I was using were stressing me out.

sharebearAva is just ok. There is a metal sensor ring on the back and there was an issue with this piece falling off. The company claims it effected 3% of devices, but it has happened to me 3 times, meaning in 4 months i have had 4 Avas. So I think the 3% is bullshit which is off putting to me. The company replaces them, but it being broken means you have missed 4 day to a week of data. I have had it for about 4 months and each month I haven't had a useable chart due to the Ava being broken. Then the beginning of this month it also wouldn't pair or sync for like 4 days. Also the company advertises 10,000 pregnancies achieved with Ava. Now thwy admitted that they gathered this data by counting everyone that has an Ava that ever switched it pregnancy mode, even for 5 min to look at it. Also the Ava doesn't predict your cycle for about 3 months while it gets to "know" you. Any pregnancy achieved during that time randomly is also counted in that data. So that's off putting to me. For $250, I'd be let down. But it was generously gifted to me, so I appreciate it. When it is working, it's great. Let me show you my chart, they look a little different.

Also with Ava the data is in skin temp, which about 2 degrees lower usually

Yogurt, that chart and all those stats look really cool. But having a defective device and missing data while waiting for replacements would drive me crazy. I wish that my apple watch could just do all of that easily and in one place.

sharebear I'm at 8dpo and in the same boat. Waiting sucks! Lately I've been feeling like I've been wishing the whole year away and I'm getting so tired of it. I just want to pee on things again! When do you plan on testing?

Yogurt I have an Ava bracelet too. My ring fell off but I’ve just kept on using it and haven’t seen any issue with the data. However, I’ve had it since January and my O date has only lined up perfectly with my BBT once. Ultimately I trust my $10 thermometer more although I see the merit if you have trouble seeing a thermal shift with a regular thermometer due to weird sleep or forgetting to take your temp. This is what a full chart looks like for me (sorry if it’s huge).

Have any of you heard about regular exercise changes O date? Because FF put my O date at CD13 until I discarded a temp due to drinking and switched it to CD14. This is the second month to have one so early.
