trtlcrzy I had no clue that mouth wash would work for HFM! I don’t have a pedi down here... but probably could go to a minute clinic or something. When Giovanna had HFM in her throat as a toddler that was NOT suggested to me and she was miserable. I’m for sure going somewhere in the morning to try to get it. Thank you!

Cute kitties, you all. We are considering adopting another cat. Our boy is older and finicky, but we've been wondering if he would do well with a friend. MH adopted him about ten years ago and shortly after that adopted another cat. They were very sweet together and he also did well with Tillie (not friends, but not nasty by any means).
I don't want him to feel like we're replacing him. He's not a cuddly cat and hates to be petted and the kids sort of get that, but they want a pet they can love on.

chrisy01 I honestly didn’t notice any swearing in the incredibles2. There were some scary parts though. However, I don’t much care about swearing and have a pretty bad mouth myself so I’m not really a good judge of it. But we’ve watched other movies with cursing or just bad phrases (like LEGO Batman with ‘I’m gonna kick all your butts’ which S thinks is hilarious and loves to repeat. I just tell him is not appropriate and it’s only ok in the movie. He gets it pretty well But, if you’re concerned, maybe pick a different one.

So we had a nice day and walked to the store to get cookie dough (obvs the break apart kind) to make for MH. Then we watched Paddington. He just came out of the room sobbing thinking about the scary parts at the end. Gah, worst mom ever. Back to PBSkids tomorrow...

So we had a nice day and walked to the store to get cookie dough (obvs the break apart kind) to make for MH. Then we watched Paddington. He just came out of the room sobbing thinking about the scary parts at the end. Gah, worst mom ever. Back to PBSkids tomorrow... Josie has a mental block against the idea of a movie. Tonight, we got 10 minutes into The Incredibles before she was screeching that it was too scary to watch. Most if time, she finds something sad and fixates on that, but a tv show can be both sad and scary and she's just fine. |

Random question, has anyone been on a pill that's resulted in anxiety? I have been unable to relax my abdomen for a freaking week and blamed it on the news and work and life, but I just realized that the pharmacy gave me a different generic than the previous month...it's larissia or something. Last night I could barely sleep and today was touch and go for a bit, but seem okay now - pretty sure I forgot to take it last night though bc it doesn't have the days marked.
I'll be pissed if I've been taking legit crazy pills, but also relieved if there's an explanation since I was about to drop the next class I'm about to start since I can't handle life lately.

I just looked for side effects and it says if you have mood changes like depression to call your doc. I'll prob swing by my pharmacy tomorrow and ask why I got this version this month and what she thinks. |

tallb sometimes when you switch from one medication to another, even if they are similar the adjustment can cause anxiety. At least it did for me.

As of right now LO still wants to go. I just signed the minor medical release form for my parents. C is downloading movies on the iPad for him and I already put all the jakes on the kindle.
I'm currently crying.

sands42 mix equal parts maalox and benadryl for her. She probably won't esst much for a few days but best to try within 30min of that dosing when the throat is still coated. The prescription mouthwash is the same plus codeine.

Morning! The day started even worse than yesterday, with a stupid fight over nothing in front of the kids, we almost never fight and certainly not in front of the kids. But we kissed and made up and made good progress on purging in the attic, we still haven’t finished our reno, so slowly picking back up. Hopefully the weather cooperates and we can do something fun this afternoon.
