tallb I'm with you. And you saw how they're saying they are taking them away for "showers," right? Absolutely chilling. What's worse is seeing his supporters are behind this 100%. We are surrounded by monsters. Well state media (aka fox) is making it seem like they were illegally crossing. It's not illegal to seek asylum. And blaming it on the democrats is ridiculous. This admin switched it from civil to criminal charges, so it's all on them - and republicans control Congress right now, so not like they can do anything. One reason I'm avoiding going home this weekend is bc I'm sure my own dad is buying into this baloney and I can't lose my freaking mind knowing my relatives are this asinine. And now it's a political blackmail to force Congress to fund this wall and limit legal immigration. Glennon Doyle on IG is giving me hope, she's sending funds to non profits that are providing legal defense to these families. And the video of the press Corp badgering Sarah Huckabee and calling her out on being a mother of young kids, good for them. She is also the absolute worst. |
