tgrimes I think I found a couple things, can't say if they're in network for you, of course. I can link them from my laptop tonight once the kids are in bed. I'll also call my infusion provider and ask them for names of docs they deal with in the Houston area.

dapostrophe that woman is a reckless idiot. I agree it's sexual harassment. A man Couldn't expect to get away with comments like that. Who knows? She could be crazy enough to have sent that hoping you would see it with the intent of causing an argument with your H. What a jerk. My H said the same thing...how he is so extra careful to not ever say anything that could be construed as sexual harassment. Which is why it pissed me off that she felt she could be so, like you said, reckless. I don't understand people sometimes. |

flamingo I understand your disappointment. I was so hoping our couch would have been here by now. It's pretty pointless to have one end table, especially when it's key to the overall look of the room. I laughed at your soap opera title though 😉

Cadence's dance recital is Saturday. She won't show me the dances, but she keeps singing "Hit the Road, Jack", which is apparently the song for her tap dance.

Another update: they're FINALLY here to tow the car that was apparently abandoned by our driveway. After the police came out that day, a public safety officer (?) stopped by a few days later and ticketed it, but we hadn't seen any activity since.

I hope your couch arrives soon. Don't these folks know you have a baby on the way and need somewhere to snuggle?! Semi-related story: my mom had to wait one full year for her china cabinet; when she ordered it, all the cuttings they'd done for the year were already spoken for, so she had to wait til the next round. So if she can do that, I can wait another week or two for these end tables  |

OK Random questions for you guys. This summer my cousin is getting married in Chicago. MH can't go, so it will just be me and the kids (I am not too thrilled about travelling alone with both of them and will have to channel my inner sands42 and flamingo for the trip!). Anyway, Between the 3 flights (it's 1 week after B turns 2) and the hotel, this is already a budget breaking trip. To rent a car and 2 car seats will be quite expensive. My cousin said there will be a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding (about 15 minutes away), and there seems to be plenty to do within walking distance of the hotel for the rest of the trip. Would you ride on the shuttle through a busy city with 2 little ones without a car seat? Or would you splurge on the rental car and car seats? I have ridden on a shuttle without car seats before, but it's always been like from the car rental place to the airport, so not a long ride. When are you going? I’m going the 2nd week of August for a week. Also tagging dapostrophe to relay my trip info. Edit: i just read and saw Jewels isn’t there the same time as me. Dang it! |

snoopmommymom, When do you return? I haven't booked my flight, but it looks like I will be flying in on August 17. If for some reason MH plans change and he can go with me, we will fly in earlier and spend some extra time there (which is why I haven't booked my flights yet b/c I am holding out hope that he will be able to make it!)

There was a lady in he waiting room FaceTimeing someone. Not using headphones. Really should have been done in private, they were discussing if the baby daddy should be told about the pregnancy. 😳

Just finished doctors. I'm only 1 cm so I most likely won't have a baby today or tomorrow. Baby is measuring fine. Next appointment is next week.

I decorated our living room with ice cream themed decorations, presents are wrapped and I just want to cry that my little baby is 2 tomorrow. Hold me please 😭.

Hi! I was hoping for a baby or 2 when I checked in...but no such luck I see.
MH and I came to the “big city” 2 hours away for a dentist appointment for S and laser hair removal session for me. We’ve been shopping all day as well. We don’t have S on our dental insurance yet and it cost $180 for the 10 minute appt where they brushed her teeth and looked in her mouth. I thought MH was going to stroke out over that. Lol. I will have her added to our insurance before her next appointment!

Apparently I am at risk of not being able to get an epidural due to low platelets. Please cross your fingers and toes that is not the case 😳.

Wow you guys are chatty! I totally thought there would be baby news. snoopmommymom I have had to let people go so feel free to PM me as well. Another crazy ass day at work. Then there was apparently a sink hole on the highway and I literally picked C up from school with 2 mins to spare. But they were having a movie screening at school for the after school kids and the “producer” invited C as a special guest because he’s been very curious about it. So we skipped Tball practice that we would have been late for and did that instead. It was fun but C went to bed over an hour late. Tomorrow one of our officers is retiring so I don’t expect much work will be done. We have a luncheon at a local sushi place and then drinks starting at 3:30. I have to get C after work so I can’t stay late but I’ll do the daytime events. I will regret this Friday when I’m drowning in work but she is an amazing officer and will be missed dearly. |

The boys got their hair cuts and they look so grown up! But I really love the way they are cut. Super short for summer.
I made eggplant parmesan and garlic mashed potatoes for dinner with asparagus from my dads garden and home made tomato sauce. It was heavenly. I ate way to much.
Can't wait for baby pictures tomorrow! I will pray you get your epidural!
