This is a combined TTC thread for EVERYONE currently TTC. Whether you're a first timer, a many timer, or an old timer come on in and pass the time as we struggle through WTO and the dreaded TWW.
As this is a combined thread there will be talk of LC, losses, and IF struggles. If any of these are hard for you please just let us know in your first post and I'm sure the lovely ladies on here will be happy to add TWs to accommodate.
Feel free to add a little intro to help us get to know you better;)
Please come join us!

Month/Cycle: many/ many
Timing: -5, -2, O
CD/DPO: 17/5DPO
Symptoms: none as of yet
RRCS: this was really good timing for us, but given how weird the follicle development was this month, I don’t think it’s going to pay off. Too bad! Also worst ovulation symptoms eveeeerrrrrr. I’ve never had side effects around O before, but nausea, pain, insomnia, bloating, then more nausea. Let’s not have that again, body.
Some wonky science article I read while googling for info about whether or not an early-developing egg can be any good was talking about wave patterns in follicular development. Apparently, there can be growth, then receding, and most of us have two development waves each cycle. The second wave pushes a follicle to full maturity. Those of us with long cycles have three waves. But the follicles that grow, then recede, ARE normal eggs that can be primed for the next cycle. So that’s giving me some hope.

Do you mind if I join you? I've been lurking for a while and I thought it was finally time. We are TFAS for our 14 month old (March 17) DS. I was active on that board until the move. I'm not a super active poster, we're farmers so unless it rained or DH is actually in the tractor we're pretty busy. It rained this morning and both boys are sleeping in lol. But I really liked the community of my bmb, so if you'll have me I'd like to join you.
Cycle/Month: 1/1 Timing: Still working on it CD/DPO: 22 Symptoms: Emotional as crap. RRCS: Just waiting for O. Typically it comes between CD 21-24, but I've had a few confusing temp spikes, and my OPK's have stayed pretty close to but nothing I'd call positive yet. I'm hoping on today, but it's driving me a little crazy being so long. It was CD 19-21 before DS, and that was long. But, my LP has been 13 rather than 10, so I guess it is what it is.

quinstar Welcome! Month/Cycle: 23/23 I think Timing: tbd CD/DPO: cd 15 Symptoms: RRCS: I’ve been getting almost positive but not quite OPKs. Yesterday’s was too close for me to really tell. I’m waiting for my second ultrasound to see what my ovaries are doing but I’m hoping to do my trigger shot tonight and then O in the next couple days.

shakinros Yes, I'm still here lurking and liking posts. I had my last beta which was really good. I have a 6 week ultrasound next week with my RE. I'm so sorry for all the CD1s around here. Hoping this next cycle brings some good news for everyone.

Month/cycle: 5/6
Timing: -1,-3
Cd/dpo: 2 DPO
Symptoms: None yet but I'm sure I'll start imagining a few in the next week lol
RRCS: I know I'm being irrational but I am so disappointed we didn't get one more day in for our timing. I just wanted to give our medicated cycle the best chance and we only ended up hitting two days which is what we usually get. I'm trying not to be too irritated with MH but it's so frustrating.

Month/Cycle: 14/9AL
Timing: -5,-4,-2,O
CD/DPO: 15/1
Symptoms: I got nothing. Just sore boobs bit I always get that immediately after O.
RRCS: I had 2 days of +OPKs (yay) both on digi and both in the morning. I got pregnant on a cycle like this last year close to this time so here's hoping. Timing was ok. I managed to not go crazy and to stick with EOD this month. And I'm feeling good about another CD 14 O. It's gotta pay off at some point...right? If this cycle doesn't work we'll have time for maybe 2 more before our RE appointment (I'll probably O right around the time of our appointment). I'm feeling really optimistic about this month.

I'm waiting to O and trying to keep busy with working out, weight watchers, and tending to my container garden. I will try to remember to pop in for supporting others! I have no idea when I'll O this cycle as last cycle was uncharacteristically normal, so I'm kind of excited and anxious about missing any window. We're going to try for every 3rd day until I hopefully get a positive OPK and then go for daily.

Woof. Just got back from a playdate and of course my friend is pregnant with almost the same EDD as my most recent loss.
Her and I were also pregnant together when I had my dd, so I dont know, it felt especially shitty.

Month/Cycle: Month 28. 6AL, and 11AL x2, and 15AL, and 21AL, and 25AL. I feel I need to acknowledge them all this month.
Timing: N/a
CD/DPO: CD6
Symptoms: AF. Bleargh.
RRCS: I'm doing some healing at the moment. It's difficult, but it really matters. I put this on Facebook earlier today:
The morning after my life saving, middle of the night surgery, it took ages for me to get someone to speak to me and tell me what would happen next. It was a busy ward and they were short staffed that day. I had arrived by ambulance, undergone fairly routine surgery, and after lunch I was discharged. I didn't require any further medical treatment. They forgot to tell me that I was likely to experience significant pain following the general anaesthetic, and they forgot to tell me that I would experience further bleeding. No-one was at all malicious. They simply forgot that I wasn't a routine medical procedure. I was a human being, terrified and traumatised and in fear for my life, and grieving for something indescribably precious. My other experiences on that ward and in that hospital have been very different, so I'm confident in saying that I was a victim of nothing other than an unexpected staff shortage and a lack of imagination.
But I still have nightmares.

Her and I were also pregnant together when I had my dd, so I dont know, it felt especially shitty. I'm sorry my friend. There's something especially hard about seeing someone who's life mirrors yours in many superficial ways being pregnant when you wish you were too. It's especially rough when loss is involved. I've been in your shoes and felt the ugly feelings. Carve out some space for yourself and set up boundaries if you need them. You don't have to like pregnancy updates, you don't have to feel excited, you don't have to be happy. You can excuse yourself from participating in her pregnancy if you need to. ❤️
