I paid for a year of VIP FF yesterday. I'm telling myself that's got to do the trick for this cycle being The One, right? 😝 shockingly, the paid version has no more idea what to make of my body than the free one. It looks like we're set to be in the "green light" zone for the next 2 weeks at least. Buckle up, DH! FF is confused by me too. Says my cycles fluctuate too much for accurate predictions. Yea thanks for that FF!

Tlex I would think/hope the Clomid would be clarifying. I think I'm also generally nervous to 1) do my first clomid cycle. Yay clomid virgin! 2) mix clomid + hcg + progesterone with my asthma drugs when I have worse asthma symptoms in my luteal phase for whatever reason, even though I'll be monitored by pulmonary throughout this. But it would be nice to ovulate on CD 14 ish instead of CD 22. And maybe not have a 7-10 day LP. Also - I paid for VIP FF too. And it is still confused. sammysam my LP is short - 7-10 days, but usually around 8-9. I doubt my current state is a sign of anything happy. But I'll hope?

loorin, I am so sorry. Be kind to yourself. People have tried to tell me that chemical pregnancies don't count. They do count. Try to take care of yourself, whatever that looks like right now. For me it usually looks like using chocolate to get through the day!

remi, I'm sorry you had to go through that. Hopefully your aunt and other family members will think before they speak next time.

Month/Cycle: 22/4 AL? That could be wrong...I dunno, forever Timing: -4, -2, -1, O (x2), +1 CD/DPO: 23/7 Symptoms: 7 dpo is always the worse but this cycle is horrible. Anxiety, nausea, dizziness, sore boobs etc etc. RRCS: H and I have our hopes up a bit, we put in a lot of effort for good timing this cycle. Anyway, on my way to my TWW massage p.s. for anyone interested, I’ve started doing this TWW massage because it helps my anxiety and gives me something to look forward to/distract me from the TWW...the only reason I’m really able to do it is because I get them at a massage school. It’s pretty cheap and the massages are pretty good! I highly recommend the TWW massage and the massage school route.

So many hugs for everyone. I seems like an emotional time lately and I’m so sorry. Thanks to everyone who shared their stories. It’s so difficult (outside of HIH I haven’t had the courage to do that yet) and brave to open up that way. It means the world to people who can relate 💗

charliefox very impressive timing. Hope you enjoyed the massage! Are you going to test early? I’m one day behind you (7DPO for me today) and am trying to hold out as long as possible. I keep telling myself at LEAST till Monday.

GL charliefox! A massage sounds lovely. So I have an RE appointment for Monday to check-in on doing this month as a medicated cycle. The nurse I scheduled with said it will work out perfectly if I get my period in the next couple days, so fingers crossed we can just move on from this cycle. I'm just finishing a prednisone burst for an asthma flare. I'm wondering if that is messing with my cycle at all. Has anyone heard of this before? It is just another thing I've noticed - prednisone and my period. But also PCOS already messes with my cycle. Oh. Well.

remi - so sorry about your Aunt. I know people “mean well” most of the time when they’re talking about expanding families, but when you’re in the thick of it, it just hurts. I’m glad you were able to tell her, though. Also - about your FW.. could you plan something for your ILs & DD to do one day while you & YH stay back at the cottage?

purple - I’m thinking of you. You have gone through a lot, and I’m glad you’re talking about it. charliefox sounds like you had some excellent timing this cycle, and I hope your massage is great. That sounds like a really good idea to help get through the TWW. loorin - I’m so sorry. ❤️

sharebear fx things go smoothly with your next cycle if you end up needing one. I have never noticed a correlation between prednisone and my fertility but that isn't to say there isn't one, I'd just never thought about it.

I realized I forgot to update on how my specialist appointment went.
I saw the guy my doctor wanted me to meet with and he was really great. He wants us to try for a few more months and if no bingo, we'll go ahead with a laparoscopic surgery to remove ovarian cysts, make sure my tubes are clear, and check for endometriosis. He thinks that my symptoms are far less PCOS related and more likely to be endometriosis. 👎🏻That never even crossed my mind, but I did have a flashback to one of my doctors saying I had possible symptoms of endo when I was about 16 and nothing came about from that. So ... we're going to keep trying but I'm feeling very on the fence about whether I'd go ahead with the laparoscopic surgery. I have had a lot of surgeries already in my life and I don't know... just taking some time to explore how I feel.

Tlex it sounds like a very thorough appointment. I’m glad you got some additional insight and potentially a new plan. Take the time to think! You have a cycle or two to decide whether or not to do the laparoscopic stuff? So lots of time! <3

I keep telling myself at LEAST till Monday. I never test early, lol. I'd much rather see a temp drop and then be emotionally prepared for AF than see a bfn. My LP is 10-12 days though, so if AF doesn't show Sunday (12dpo) and temp is still up then I'd test. I have betas scheduled on Tuesday (2 weeks from IUI) so I need to know by Monday whether to cancel that appointment or not. GL holding out!

@tkex I’m glad you have a little bit of a plan going forward. I understand your hesitation though. I hope it isn’t necessary for you & you don’t even need to make that decision.

So some news here (Let's see if I can spoiler this) I got a squinter this morning with a CB test. I went out and got a clearer line with FRER. But CB digital says not pregnant. Multiple regular CB and FRER have some sort of squinty or faint line, so I'm going to go with maybe this happened? Freaking out a little.

And I wouldn’t stress about the digi. I didn’t turn one with DS until like 18dpo but had lines at 11dpo. For the pic add this (without the spaces) before the pic [ spoiler ] and put [ / spoiler ] after the pic. Show us the lines! Show us the lines!

My attempt at spoiling a pic. Also this may be huge because I’m on Tapa. Also tell me if I’m crazy for seeing a line. I’m a hot mess:
