I am having anxiety about my ultrasound next week. I spent all morning googling possible reasons for measuring so far ahead and made my anxiety worse. I knew better than to Google, but here we are. It’s always so hard to stay off Google.

I just learned that there is a 35" height limit for cribs. DS was 34 inches at his last appointment. He's never tried to climb out of his crib, but now I'm wondering if I should transition to a toddler bed sooner rather than later. Huh, I don't know this...oops. We transitioned DS from crib to queen last month only because of the baby, otherwise I probably would have waited since he's never try to climb out. He's 36 inches right now. I didn't know that either. Luckily, DS never tried to climb out. But he was so interested in his new room and the big (full size) bed, we transitioned him this last weekend. So far so good. He keeps piling pillows on his bed and sleeping on top of them. 🤞

Step away from the google! It might be nothing, or your due date might be off a week or so. I measured 2-3 weeks behind with DD consistently but in the end, it didn't mean anything.

The neverending bra saga begins again. Sigh. I'm trying to find soft, seamless bras like Motherhood sells, but not even UK shops have my size. I have a few crop top style bras, but those give me too much boob sweat. Plus, boobs don't fit in there well and it gives me quad boob. I hate this. So, so much.

In the past 6 weeks he's only fallen off once and that's because he was so used to pressing again the corner of the crib so he was too close to the edge of the bed. Now he sleeps right in the middle of the bed.

You could also just have a lot of fluid.

I think being a STM+ mom would explain it. Things just expand more and faster, I think. Try not to worry. ❤

So you all are going to do live labor blogs or write out your birth stories for me to enjoy before I give birth right?

Figured out tonight I could still have froyo and keep my sugars within range. And yes, I was that person with my own little mini scale weighing out my froyo as I poured haha. Totally worth it.

I'm here for my 2hr GD class, just waiting to go in. I was so close to canceling since I've come down with a cold but I am here and miserable 😞

Being sick AND a two hour GD class. I hope you get something out of the class and it's not just a bunch of scare tactics about how harmful GD is. My education was more the later than the former.

MH husband is home. Yay! But he totally threw off our morning routine and I forget DD's extra clothes for daycare, the kids' water bottles, and a bag of stuff for work. Grrr. At least today's my Friday.

ugh, so my OB called this morning and was like, oh gee, turns out your current insurance doesn't cover the 32 week ultrasound you're supposed to have today. SIGHHHHHHH... after i had plans to leave work early and bring the kids, DH, my mom, etc. etc. you'd think they could have figured this out a little sooner than this morning. and i still have to leave early and schlep an extra 20 minutes past home to their other office where they have the ultrasound machine so i can still have my 32 week checkup. i'm annoyed.

I have to get my TDaP today and since the last one was only a couple of years ago, it's going to be sore.
I had to be at work an hour early today and woke up 30 minutes before my alarm went off. It's looking like a Starbucks kind of day.

notmoose, my OBGYN doesn't even do fundal measurements because they are so unreliable. I have literally never had one across my 3 pregnancies so try not to panic.

I'm going back for the follow-up to my elective 3D ultrasound after work tonight. They offered to have me come back since the baby wasn't cooperating with her position but I really have no desire to go back. It seems like LO is not moving and was in the same position at my growth scan earlier this week so I am not holding out much hope of a better picture. My husband got it as a gift for me for Mother's day though so I feel like I have to try again.

I also don’t think position has changed so it feels super pointless.

I had a conference earlier this week so I was MIA. But, I just got the call to schedule my c-section. Looks like it'll be Aug. 16th. If for some reason it is found that my placenta previa hasn't resolved itself at my next appointment in a couple of weeks, it'll end up being even earlier than that. Either way, shit is getting real.

And I just discovered I also left my cell phones at home. Today just didn't get off to a good start.

cornflakegirl, i hope the time passes quickly. Or you start feeling better. Or both! Also, 2 hour class? It's weird how much it varies, I just had to meet with the dietician. catspajamas2, this happened with my first, she wasn't cooperating during our elective u/s. I chugged ice cold soda 10 min before the redo and she was wiggling enough later to get a few good pics.

I got a prescription for reflux. Here's hoping there's no more choking on stomach acid.

It's looking like a Starbucks kind of day. My advice is to not get in your dominant arm. Unfortunately my arm was sore for like 4 days after I got mine.
