I was able to keep up my runs and strength workouts last week. I really need to incorporate more stretching so plan on yoga tonight as it’s a rest day.
DH has another insane week at work so I’m hoping for minimal impact on my runs and need to make it work in the mornings

I’m really excited that the weather is taking a turn for the nice.
I am going to do my twist core video and then we’re going to walk to the beach for a picnic lunch (4 miles round trip). If I wasn’t still so congested, I would attempt to run part of the way, but I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest still.

I did day 8 of the fat blaster this morning and have barre tonight. I am down a little over 5lbs from last week!

I did day 8 of bbm extreme with my heavier weights and my arms are burning. I feel like I can feel every individual muscle fiber aching. I really like all the lineups for this week so I'm not dreading the workouts.

My core workout was 20 minutes of various sit up and plank versions. I will be sore.

I have been slacking and took Th-sat off. Although I did walk 14k steps on Saturday.
Anyways, I went for a run outside yesterday morning because it was gorgeous.
Then this morning I overslept for my BBM time, but I did it before dinner. It was my last day of BBME week 2, cardio.
I’ll start week 3 tomorrow.

I knocked down BBM days 29 and 30 yesterday. Good lord the fit test never gets easier, but I do feel stronger. I also joined a StepBet that starts May 1. I'm looking forward to that.

Today is a rest day for me, but I’m thinking of riding my bike to work. It’s only four miles round trip, but still something.

Day 22 of 5.0 today. I was using 10 lb weights and have been trying to find 12’s, which is apparently impossible. I went ahead and got 15’s, and holy shit, that’s hard!
It’s probably a good thing though, because the workouts were getting a little too easy with 10. And to think I started the year dying using 5lbs. NSV!

I have fallen off the tracks. Work has got me busy and getting home very late. I've tried fitting in some cardio but I spent the entire weekend outside with the family, so it was a nice reset. I'm starting back over with my 12 week abs recovery program.

I'm still cranking away on BBM 5.0. I did days 17 and 18 this morning.
I need to get 12 lb weights but 10s are still difficult for me, so I might keep going with then and up it to 12s when I get to day 60.

Everyone must be moving up to 12’s this week. 💪 Like you going from 10s to 15s I went from 8s to 12s with 5.0 and it was great. I still use both but I'm glad I went way up for most of the moves, especially low body stuff.

12 lb weights are like the unicorn size. SO found some for me at Dick’s sporting goods, but paid way more than I would have. Thanks babe!
I need 20s now, but I’m going to try and bum an old (ready to discard) set off my mom from her gym for free.

I'm keeping up with the hasfit workouts. I did an arms workout this morning. My arms are not strong. It was an hour ago and they still feel shaky.

I did days 31 and 32 yesterday. I'll do 33 and 34 today even though I don't want to. It's CD1 and I feel gross.

Yesterday started my extra work on some weak spots that need some improvement. My lats are tired today, so success I guess.
Will be deadlifting tonight. Need to add in some other accessory work.
