I missed yesterday's cardio so am going to attempt to do 2 workouts today to make up for it, cardio and upper body. Probably won't even attempt all 4 cardio rounds though, I'm thinking 2.

I’m behind on posting.
Tuesday - BBM Fat Blaster Day 9 & a 2.4 mile walk
Wednesday - Nothing. I got home at 10 pm and didn’t feel like doing anything.
Today - BBM Fat Blaster Day 10 & aerobics class. They had the thermostat at 72 in aerobics class. (It’s at the senior center, they keep it so hot in there) Glad I wore shorts this time.

I did BBME week 3 lower body yesterday and cardio today. These have been the two most difficult workouts I’ve ever done with Brianna. I guess that’s a good thing, but damn, it kind wrecked my confidence. Hopefully the second run through will be a bit better 😬

I did my second strength of the week last night. I missed my run this morning but plan on doing the hiit cardio after the kids go down tonight. If by some miracle DH is actually able to be home then I’ll run instead

I got a 4 mile run in and my 3rd strength workout. I’ll hit 20 miles this week which is my happy place

I’ve really not been doing a lot of formal working out. Lots of family hikes and hikes with friends, lots of cardio. I need to find a quick and easy way to get some strength in. Arms especially. Also the weather is finally allowing me to get outside and run again.

I did a “full body swing” workout this morning. I kind of fell off the wagon with my diet this week, so today will Be meal planning and trying to regain the mental focus.
Also, even with being off last week and starting my period yesterday, some of the pants I tried on yesterday were slightly big...not big enough to go down to the next size, but encouragingly not tight!

Did BBME week 3 lower body + Jessica Smith abs.
I did better on the lower body the second time. I realized why it was so hard for me. The first 3 Strength moves involved front kicks, which is hard for my weak ankles.

I am. I wasn't sure about them at first and she does some weird stuff in the middle like repeating workouts and using workouts from other series but it turns out they were moving at the time. I've been really enjoying it and it's amazing to have her at the same stage of pregnancy as me because I know that if she can do it then I can too.

Yesterday I did days 11 & 12 of the Fat Blaster and day 13 today. My weight has gone back up a little since I haven’t been sticking to the meal plan. Still down overall though.
Not sure what I am going to do next week other than my two classes. Hopefully I can get a run or two in.

Week 32 day 1/3 done. It went fast because my child was throwing dryer balls at me the whole time so I had no attention to pay to the workout.

Yesterday I went for a 2.5 mile run in the morning and had barre at night. This morning I went on a 2.3 mile run.

Just did a random BBM strength video from 6.0. I haven’t got a ton of strength in recently and my arms are feeling it!

Went for a 30 minute run on a Sunday.
Rested yesterday, but did a workday walk.
BBME week 3 cardio + Jessica Smith abs today.
I’m happy to be done with that week 3 cardio. It was a killer. Squat thrusts, mountain climbers, and burpees in the same tabatta round. No thank you.

My workout this morning was “runner stability” it was a lot of slow controlled balance and core moves. It didn’t feel “hard” in the midst of it, but man, my butt is so sore.
I’ve also hit 10K steps every day for a week...and most days were 12-16K
On deck this week:
Ab and Butt (endurance) Floor to core (mobility) The floor is lava (endurance)

Days 24 and 25 of 5.0 done this morning. I was up .4 lbs at my weigh-in yestetday. I started my period so that is one reason, but my nutrition was also off all last week. Here's to getting my motivation back and getting back on track.

I got started on the HASfit May calendar this morning. I started with a 35 minute abs and cardio workout. It was hard. I think abs are my biggest problem area.

BBM 5.0 day 29 upper body strength. It’s so hard with the 15 pound weights; my arms are dead now.

Did my BBM day 2/3. My hips and low back are killing me but I think that's from all the foam rolling I did after. I may have googled "how pregnant is too pregnant to work out." The answer was not 32 weeks. Sigh. If Briana can do it I can do it (IBCDIICDI).
