I eat a lot of sushi and Chipotle on this diet, so I'm not mad at that.

I’m over the name Mason. Everyone and their mom is named Mason here. I even know a little girl Mason. (Well there’s a Y in there of course). If you have a Mason, I’m sure yours is the best. 😂😂😂 My niece is Maisyn. So close. Maisy is a great name.

Just popping in to say that, presently, the location of my IUD is unknown.
The doctor was all up in my business today and now I’ve left a message for an ultrasound appointment. Uncool.

brux there are like 1,400 protein powders that come up when I search legion athletics on Amazon. This is why I don’t buy protein powder. I can’t figure it out.

Aw he’s cute too. I really liked “your body is counting macros, even if you’re not”. I nee to go write that on my fridge right? I like that too. He has a few good catchphrases that resonate with me. I’m down a hole. He has the picture on his IG of the 80yr old woman who lost 50’lbs and sent her food log in every night? I just cried a little

I drink a lot of premier protein shakes (30g of protein). Already made and what not, because lazy
A common dinner for me these days (due to both laziness and lower guilt), is one of those shakes and a bowl full of mixed berries.

I think some people will just say they like anything. Especially here - "oh I named my baby little bunny fu fu!"
104 LTs
off board chatter about omg
Yeah, but I also see no point in disliking what someone else names their kid. If they love a name then I love it for them. So you have never heard a name that someone went with and thought, "woof" that's something.
that's great for you.
It's not about their kid. It's about the name.

I like shakes as occasional meals. Sometimes I'm not starving because I did a good job of managing hunger and calories. And sometimes you have days like today when you burned 650 calories on breakfast donuts so you get a protein shake a broccoli for dinner.

This may be a stupid question but are protein powders bad for toddlers? I've been hesitant to put anything in my smoothies because DS drinks some of them every morning. I'm too lazy to make them separate. Don't give it to him? Say no? It's for adults only. It's not yours. Not for you...

So close. Maisy is a great name. Yup. I side eyed my sister when she announced it. Especially the spelling. We all call her Macy.

Mine is too often the latter on your little list there lol Like... shake for breakfast (mainly because I'm not much a breakfast person anyway)..... big, bad lunch.... shake and fruit/carrots for dinner

But the shakes really do keep me full so I don't find it difficult
Even when I have "good girl" lunches... sometimes I'm just too tired to put effort into dinner for myself so ....still shake

We get the z kids protein powder.
My kids love “milkshakes” even when they are full of spinach, protein powder, carrots and beets.
We do the Costco vanilla with greens. It’s pea protein and doesn’t have artificial sweeteners...which along with whey give me the trots.
I usually just make it with coffee and the occasional frozen banana.

I know these are all options I have. He likes having a smoothie with me and the morning and I don't mind sharing. I just put the protein in other ways.

The most used boys name at DS's school is John. So many. I find that odd. It's made the biggest comeback. It's my Dad's name and people were asking me if we would name the baby that. That was a no.

Now that you mention it, I have a friend who is about to have a baby John, named after a family member. It is making a big comeback.

That’s good that you guys mentioned the kids and protein. DS has been bugging me for some of the premier pure protein drinks and I do let him have little sips, but maybe I should say no. I was just being cheap by not wanting him to drink it all.

I like the name John just fine, but it's not my style and I didn't want to name him after any family members. But yeah my ILs were surprised I wouldn't go for it because it's a family name on MH's side too. Thanks but no thanks.

My cousin named her son Talon. And her daughters name is her (ex)husbands name + his middle name. It’s not terrible actually, it turns out to be Mikeale (Mike Lee). Wait, is this pronounced Mike Lee or Mykale or Mikale? I'm so confused.
