Stonyfield organic whole milk Greek vanilla yogurt is the most delicious yogurt on the planet. But also like $9 for a tub so I rarely get it. I'm sure it's terrible for me too. Lol.

The first time we heard our kid's name was at the farmer's market just a few weeks after he was born and it was a dog. I knew going in that it would make for a great dog's name.

Someone is buying my saddle tomorrow and I'm having some feelings. It was the first big-ish purchase I made on my own. I have so many memories associated with it, etc. But the reality is, my ass is too fat for it and I'm not riding anymore. So it's sitting in my garage taking up space. We can use the money. So there it goes.

Similarly, when I was super pregnant I met a really sweet dog and asked what her name was. Penelope. Which is what we’d picked as our name for DD. (Back off haters!)

But really I should've just given him my cat's name because that's what I call him about half the time anyway.

Mike told me what to have for breakfast, @juliagulia.
I buy Legion Athletics Whey protein powder and have 1.25 servings for breakfast (125 cals, 27 grams protein, 4 grams carbs). Mix it with unsweetened cashew milk (25 cals) and sometimes 1/2 a serving of frozen blackberries or strawberries. I have a referral link I could send you, I'm looking now to see if that gets you a discount.
Mike has me trying my best to have over 130 grams of protein every day, it's the only macro I've been tracking.

@juliagulia I can't remember if you are pro or anti overnight oats, but I put a scoop of zero carb vanilla protein powder in mine. It's an extra 25g of protein. I'm sure you could mix it with yogurt too, might need to add a bit of liquid if it's too thick. eta: it adds ~100 calories Oh, this is good. I was actually about to buy protein powder this weekend but I asked H what I was supposed to put it in and he didn’t know. He said milk and I said I can’t really drink milk since it’s too many WW points. But this is the perfect thing. I need to eat more protein in the morning too because it helps me feel full all day. I do my quest with water. It’s not as creamy. But all the Quest powders are just 1sp. Sometimes I do almond milk if I’m using it more like a meal than trying to add protein for little sp

I know a Penelope who goes by Penny and I know a cat named Penny. There's a local coffee shop that has a big sign out and when we were still contemplating names the sign said "Happy birthday, J*** and Poppy!" Pretty sure they were both dogs. Maybe if we have another kid and it's a girl we'll name her Poppy.

This may be a stupid question but are protein powders bad for toddlers? I've been hesitant to put anything in my smoothies because DS drinks some of them every morning. I'm too lazy to make them separate.

H was laughing at me, but I created a high protein dessert that is very sweet and not terrible-tasting.
1 scoop of french vanilla protein powder (the type matters. I made it with Vega and hated it. I like it with Legion Athletics.) 1 serving of PB2 peanut butter powder some vanilla extract and some cashew milk to make it gooey/more liquid 7 grams cacao nibs
195 calories, 27g protein, 7g carbs, 5g fat

I’d been adding SF instant pudding to my yogurt to flavor. But decreased the amount and now just do it plain with fruit

I LOVE good culture cottage cheese. It's a splurge, both cost- and fat-wise, but it's so filling and it feels like a treat to me. plus 19g protein!

It’s been a few years since I’ve looked but supposedly many have lead and too much protein can be bad. When I’m doing a smoothie I blend without protein first - pour out kid portions and then add protein and blend again
