I have had a few dreams of being celebrity-adjacent. For example, I had a dream of just a normal hang out with the Kardashians in their kitchen once. Like we were making dinner and just chillin'. I was a family friend before they got famous. 😂
I honestly don't want to know what these dreams mean, haha.

I have one that lets me know I'm more stressed out than I thought I was, if that makes sense. It started in college. Everything is normal around me, but every limb might as well be made out of cement. It's exhausting just trying to move one foot in front of the other to walk or raise an arm. I wake up from these even feeling exhausted. It has gotten to the point where I know I'm in a dream now when it happens and can kind of tell myself that it's ok, this is just a dream. I'm going to wake up and be able to move again. Is that like sleep paralysis?

I also dream that I am out somewhere without a bra. Do you feel liberated in the dream? Cause I sure as hell would!

I've actually had similar ones, where I need to move quickly or run somewhere and everything just feels like it can't get moving or takes forever to get started. I don't recall if I wake up exhausted or not though.

I used to have this dream but bfing seems to have gotten it out of my system. I still sometimes notice that I'm topless in a dream but I'm w/e about it now.

Trying to find a toilet but they are all extremely filthy. Love that one. Oh I forgot about those ones! See also, trying to find a toilet that isn't just out in the open or they all have no stall doors. I have this one too. I keep finding rooms full of toilets with no walls, or they are just enclosed with glass or something. Oddly, I never feel like I have to pee when I wake up from one of these dreams in the middle of the night, but I always get up and go just in case.

Not recurring dreams, exactly. But I do have episodes of sleep paralysis. Usually it starts with a dream where I am doing something physically strenuous, like climbing a tall tree. Then the awful part where you have wake up and realize you can’t move or breathe. Haven’t had one of those in awhile 🤞
When I had DS1 I used to dream that I had him on the bed and he’d rolled off. I sleepwalk when I’m stressed so I would wake up frantically searching the floor and under the bed for him. I haven’t had that at all for DS2, which is nice!

If there is a point where you are awake but still can’t move for a few seconds (though it can feel like longer), it is probably sleep paralysis. It’s creepy, but I also have gotten to the point where I can think rationally and tell myself it will be over in a few seconds.

Either (1) being chased through an obstacle course by people trying to kill me or (2) being half naked in public with no access to clothing.

I always have a reoccurring dream of being in school and forgetting my locker combination. Or it’s the day of exams and I realize I haven’t been to the class all year. I also dream almost every night of some or all of my teeth falling out. I think I read it is related to anxiety which makes sense. I have both of these too.

My recurring dream is actually a nightmare, but it's because it is PTSD related. Usually involves my late H returning in some form wanting to be back in my life but I know he's not supposed to be there and I'm always very upset and don't want him to see that I have someone new. Or sometimes I do want him to see that I have someone new so he'll go away. Nightmares are fun.
When I was younger it was usually recurring dream about my teeth falling out in horribly painful ways.

I will say that I read once that the teeth falling out dream means you regret something you said/you’re anxious about something you said. And ever since I read that, I don’t really get the dreams anymore. So I guess my brain was like “you passed the test! Your prize is solid teeth in your dreams from now on. But seriously, you say dumb shit like, all the time.”

I've had the classic missing the final exam anxiety dream, years after I had my degree. Lately, I've had the finding a new room in my house, dreaming that I turn a hallway corner and there's a room I've never seen. I believe that's supposedly a positive dream, where I'm starting new phases in my life, or learning new skills. But very disconcerting during the dream.

When I was a kid I always had the same dream--my father was a t-Rex and was chasing me to eat me.
Now my recurring the dream is being back in high school and I don't remember my locker number, combination, or class schedule.

More than once I've dreamt that I'm somewhere in public and realize I'm naked. Then I'm trying to find clothes or something before anyone else notices.
Right after I had my first child, I kept waking up thinking I'd left her in the bed with me after nursing her and she was stuck under the blankets. She was in the bassinet the whole time.

I have the teeth falling out dream and it feels so real. I wake up and check my teeth every time.
I’ll also still dream about waitressing and being super behind even though I haven’t waitressed in like... 10 years.

As a kid I used to dream that our house was on fire and I was locked in the closet. It was terrible. Now, I periodically get sleep paralysis with the phantom feeling of someone hovering over me. I know it’s not real but sometimes I will break free from it swearing and freaking out.

On the opposite side of the losing teeth dream, I had one the other night where my mouth was full of all these extra teeth in the roof and floor of it.
I really have the worst damn dreams.

When I was at kid I had reoccurring dreams about someone stealing my go kart and then trying to kill me. It was really weird and for a while I refused to go outside after dark alone.

The other night I had really weird dream though. In my dream a guy I work with was trying to attack me and another guy I work with saved me from him.

I have recurring nightmares that take place in the same setting or area, but they can vary a little. I've had the same ones since I was a child. I love visiting those places in my sleep.

I have the crumbling teeth dream too. Like they just fall apart in my. Mouth and I am taking out pieces of them.
The other dream is when I am using a phone and trying to call for help... either 911 or another person, but I always mess up the numbers and the call never goes through. How hard is it to call 911?

When I was a kid, I would have recurring dreams of being in my bedroom late at night and having to run across the hall to the bathroom. Except a monster made out of brown grocery bags was also in the hallway, which I guess was the most terrifying thing my child brain could think of. Lurker here....my reoccurring dream as a child was a monster made out of paper bags who was just outside my bedroom window. I’ve never heard of anyone having a similar dream.
