I just read a recipe or a pizza with salad on it. Deciding if I want to make this tomorrow. You shut it. That's a hate crime against pizza. That’s where I am. It’s not pizza, it’s flatbread.

I don't feel so hot but I'm taking that as a good sign. I am taking a melatonin at 9pm sharp and hopefully sleeping through the night. I've been waking up between 1-4 am all week and just staring at the ceiling. I’ve woken up at 4am three nights this week, regardless of 8-9pm melatonin or unisom. My children wake up between 5:30 and 6 (And DD will wake up at 4:30 and 2/4 days I can make her go back to sleep). It’s to the point where I should just get up those days and work out and make coffee, because it’s not like I’m falling back asleep.

Thankfully the mornings SO is home, he’ll veg with them until about 7 and then go back to bed to “nap” until 10 or 11. (He works nights). It’s a weird system, but works. If I get up, I’m coffee, laundry, active and am physically incapable of napping. He can get up after a few hours sleep, get cereal and tablets and zone out on a pallet and then go back to bed for another few hours. Nobody is getting awesome sleep, but it’s better than the alternative. I sleep so softly, that if i know a kid is awake, I won’t go back to sleep unless another adult is awake. I’ve tried setting DD up and she’s actually pretty good, but once I know she’s awake, I’m up.

Well I was calling him Alan before that... No, he isn't an Alan. How about Ed? Eddie is the best dog name imho

Weird question, but when a nonstick pan starts showing wear, I have to toss it...right? Isn’t there something about the coating and toxins? Yes. Do not use it if the coating has scratches in it or is starting to peel.
