BBME day 3 done. Tabattas. 4 rounds. I survived! I don't know what this means, but I know have them to look forward to. You do each exercise for 20 seconds at a time for 2-4 rounds depending on the program. I actually like them better because it goes by quick.

I just did bbm abs and one of the surge cardio workouts (3 rounds tabatas).
I'm finding that my motivation all but disappears when I'm not doing an actual challenge, being told what to do every day. I never fit a workout in yesterday (I had time) and had to make myself do one today. I'd start something if I wasn't going to be on vacation next week.

SO was home last night, and we drank too much wine, so I am dragging today.
I have a 20 minute yoga flow that I’ll do when he takes DS to pick DD up from school. Yesterday was a rest day, but we took a family bike ride, so at least it was something.

I skipped yoga to sleep in this morning and I don't regret it. I was so sore and so tired last night. I'm still 3/5 on yoga practice days in April and will be 5/5 on at least 20 minutes of exercise after BBM later.

30 minutes of pregly pilates done. It's the first none BBM workout I've done in a few weeks and it was hard. My thighs are gonna hate me tomorrow so I'll have to take an epsom salt bath tonight while DH puts the kid to bed and cleans the kitchen 🤷.

BBM Day 78 is done, plus abs. I had a hard time focusing today but got a decent workout in.

Can I join in here? I gave up BBM basically when I went back to work, and also because I fell in love with the Peloton. I likely won't be doing the 3 strength and 3 cardio days, but my goal is to get 5 Peloton rides in per week, with at least one of those being an hour long endurance ride.
My short term goal is to meet my 10% Dietbet 6 month transformer goal, which is by July 1. I haven't made the last 2 weigh ins, but the goals were pretty aggressive. My weight loss has slowed but I am still losing (just verrrrrrry slowly). I am at pre-DD2 weight, though. Which is higher than I should have been but still a good milestone.
My longer term goal is to get back to pre-DD1 weight. If I make it within 5 lb of that, I will be extremely happy.

I did the yoga. It was not super strenuous, which was perfect for today. Tomorrow is a strength and I may double up with a couple tababtas since I have the kid free time.

thatgolfb I covet your Peloton. We made a deal with ourselves to get one, in 18–24 months. Lol It is definitely a huge purchase! We are going to be cancelling our Y membership to help make up for the cost, since it is much easier to work out at home right now anyway.

I did BBM 5.0 day 3 yesterday and day 4 today. I didn't love that day 4 was literally just a replay of day 2. I skipped the cool down and did my yoga video for today instead because it was only 11 minutes.

Finished BBM pregly series week 28. I'm proud of myself for doing that and getting in an extra dose of Pilates on top of it because I was really dragging this week. Only 11 weeks to go 😬😂😅.

I did the strength video today. I think I got more out of BBM strength days.
Tomorrow is a pretty intense short cardio, we’ll see how it goes.

I’m a mess. I haven’t been checking in and. I haven’t been motivated. I’ve only been working out 4ish times a week and it’s been mostly elliptical.
I started up another 21 day fix but I need to start over because I pretty much just stopped for no good reason.
I spent last night on the couch.
It’s 9 pm. I’m getting up and doing something though. Because I can’t spend two nights in a row on the couch especially after decapitating my son’s chocolate bunny.

Yesterday got away from me. So I doubled up today with day 3 (cardio) and 4 (strength hiit) of Jillian Michaels. Burpees into a side plank were done. I’m going to be so sore

I took an unplanned rest day on Friday because I just couldn’t wake up in time to work out.
Did yoga sculpt today. It was great. A lot of the moves are the same as BBM moves so it’s nice to be comfortable with them and know I can do them.

I’m taking today as my rest from BBM because I’m at an event for work all day. I did do yoga this morning, which was 30+ minutes of ab and core work.

I did my “rev up cardio” routine today. It was only 15 minutes, but I was huffing and puffing. DD would NOT leave me alone though, which makes it so unenjoyable.
Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day, but I may do a yoga or a stretch, because I’m still sore from the rest of the week.
These workouts seem less intense than BBM, but it’s still maintaining the habit and still building muscle. It will totally work to add to runs when the weather is finally nice again.

Day 6 Cardio done. I have had the beginning signs of plantar fasciitis this week so decided to not run today. I’m wearing a night sock and stretching and hoping for the best

Did a hasfit cardio and abs. I was so tired I stumbled walking up the stairs after. But an hour later I walked my kid to the playground and was feeling very energetic climbing and running with her. Which is really the whole point of all this exercise.
