I'm excited. Mh and I leave on our first real kid-free vacation eight weeks from today. We have a little contest going and whoever loses the highest percentage of weight by Friday, May 25 wins a prize. I'm determined to beat him.

BBM 7.0 Day 76 - done. It felt really good to get it out of the way when I got home from work vs. after DD goes to bed. SO helps coach HS basketball which is a huge time commitment so I’m hoping now that the season is over and he is home, I’ll be able to get workouts in earlier instead of waiting until after bedtime.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day, and I have a chunk of time in the morning, so I may do a longer restorative yoga video. I think my body needs it.

I'm working on finishing up 7.0. I did 86 and 87 this morning. 88 and 89 Thursday and then the fit test and day 33 on Saturday. This was the one day I skipped and it has been bugging me the whole time! Actually, I also skipped the 75 day fit test, but I'm not going to do two fit tests... I'm thinking of doing 5.0 with you kellykapow. I started that one but never finished it (got into the 50s). What is Extreme? Is it free? I'm all about the free... Extreme is an extra cost. It’s a 6 week program. I bought it for 30% off when she did her Black Friday deal, but haven’t done it yet since I did 7.0 live. If you haven’t done 5.0 yet, do that one. It’s really good.

It got cold and rainy by the time I got home yesterday so instead of a run, I did the elliptical for thirty minutes on the aerobic setting.

I just did my first workout with hasfit.com. I did a beginner level cardio and it was really hard but I liked it a lot. I think I will do another one tomorrow. The instructors didn't mess up their own workout, so I was impressed with that.

I got up at 5:15 for a 36-minute vinyasa video this morning. I'm so sleepy, but I'm really glad and I felt really good afterward. I'll do the BBM after work.

BBM 5.0 day 2 I'm jealous that you're doing BBM 5.0. what has become of me? Day 2 of week 28 BBM pregnancy series done. Brianna is 300% more awkward as a pregnant lady than I am, bless her.

Today is my rest day. Back at it tomorrow. Me too. We did a 2ish mile family bike ride, so I’m glad I got some activity, but I needed an actual rest day.

I’m jumping back in to hold myself accountable. I have about 10 unfinished 7.0 workouts. Life has been sucking me dry. Congrats to all who finished!
I want to start running 3x a week and do 3 days of strength. My goal is to lose 7-10 lbs and get stronger/more toned. Need to decide if I’m doing BBM for strength or something else. Off to Google.

I got day 2 of my Jillian Michaels app 60 day slim. Some are f the moves are hard AF but DH says I look like a “badass” so I’ll keep at it

I did one of the older BBM VIP videos today. It was five body weight moves repeated four times each. I think I will repeat it again for my next strength day.
I have tone aerobics class in the morning. Ready to get my ass kicked by some old ladies again 😂

I did a 20 minute hasfit strength workout this morning. I am following their April calendar for beginners and I like that the length of the workout is right there so I can pick shorter workouts for days I go into the office.

Day 3 of 5.0 done. I kind of phoned it in, because I’m not feeling well, but I’m just happy I did it. Usually I would take any excuse to not work out.

One hour of aerobics done. The temp at the auditorium we were in was set to 71 degrees. I know they like to keep it warm because it’s at the senior center but damn. I’m wearing shorts next time.
