Hello. Congrats to everyone who finished BBM 7.0
This is to continue our accountability group. As a reminder we are keeping the 90 day format with 3 days of cardio 3 days of strength 20 minutes (or more)a day. You can do any BBM workout or another format that follows the same basics
Day 1 please tell us what you’re doing. And share your goals

Day 1 - Mondays are my recovery Day so I did day 7 of the surge today. Tomorrow I am starting the Jillian Michaels app “slim in 60” tomorrow and then I’ll do a 30 day core focus after that.
My goal is to get as fit as possible and lose 15 or more lbs before marathon training starts back in July

I’m not sure how closely I’ll follow this, but with the kids home for spring break, I need some accountability. Monday: Jillian 30 DS or Ripped in 30 Tuesday: cardio @ gym Wednesday: Jillian Thursday: cardio @ gym Friday: Jillian S&S: TBD

I did BBM day 89 this morning. I will do day 90 tomorrow. Not entirely sure what I will be doing afterwards but I do want to keep up the momentum.

My goal is to keep up the momentum, because I don’t want to have to start over. I would love to lose some lbs, but it’s so hard for me while breastfeeding.

I’m going to do the Nike+ Training Club six week Lean and Fit Plan. It’s 4-5 workouts a week and customizable.
Week One: Cut to the Core - 30 min Steady Flow Yoga - 23 min Strength - 15min Cardio - 15 min
I’ll probably add two cycle tabatas to the last two and at least walk on the recovery days.
I did a cardio and abs today and feel like I can keep up with a plan.

Hi, can I go here? I'm doing the BBM pregnancy series. I'm slowing down a bit so I'm not really supplementing it with other workouts anymore, so I'm only doing 3 real workout each week. I have about 90 days left in this pregnancy and I'm hopeful and determined to keep up with the series until the very end.

Day 75 of BBM 7.0 was first up for me. I fucking hate the fit test but kind of ironic it fell on day 1 of this check in. I also did a short ab video.

I didn't get a workout in today because I ended up being gone all day.
But, my plan is to do bbm maintenance series and abs for the next two weeks. I'm going to go as heavy as I can handle on the abs, because it's very squishy in that area. Then I'll start the bbm extreme 6 week challenge on Apr 16. After that I'm not sure.
My goals: Cut way back on sugar and junk food carbs Do 5-6 workouts each week Drop 10 lbs by June

I really don’t have a lot of lbs to lose, but I want to up my endurance and strength. My mom said she would send me some hand me down 15 and 20lb weights, so at least I can up the strong part. (Seriously the hardest thing to find. Big5, Kmart and Target have been out of 15 and 20lb dumbbells for weeks and they’re like $30 a weight on Amazon...super frustrating).

BBM Extreme (I’m going to call it BBM E going forward) day 1 done.
It was upper body. It’s 90 second compound moves and 90 second cardio but I think there were only 6 moves. Definitely more intense but not off the charts if you did 7.0. The tabattas are 4 rounds though. 😱
For some reason the warmup and cooldown are in separate videos which is super annoying to me.

Can I hang out here? I started a Yoga for Weight Loss series by Yoga with Adriene; it's 20 videos and I hope to do them all in the month of April. It took me about six weeks to do a 30-day series in February/March, and I want to do better than that. Yoga for weight loss and the gym for cardio 3x a week is my plan and current goal.

We started a walking club at work. I walked a mile this morning for dry shampoo and coffee, though that's not quite the same. Lol. I also started going up and down the stairs (180 total) a few extra times a day at work.

Day 2 - Jillian app 60 day slim down. I think this program is going to be good as a lead up to marathon training. There are a lot of balancing strength moves (like one leg crossing over the opposite knee to make a 4 then squatting will doing weighted raises).
I woke up late so need to run this evening but I’m committed to getting at least Jillian in when I oversleep

I'm working on finishing up 7.0. I did 86 and 87 this morning. 88 and 89 Thursday and then the fit test and day 33 on Saturday. This was the one day I skipped and it has been bugging me the whole time! Actually, I also skipped the 75 day fit test, but I'm not going to do two fit tests... I'm thinking of doing 5.0 with you kellykapow. I started that one but never finished it (got into the 50s). What is Extreme? Is it free? I'm all about the free...

Okay y'all talked me into it. I'm going to do BBM. I've never done one of her programs before. Do the 5.0. She’s way less flighty than she was in the live. I lost 9lbs and 13.5 total inches when I started in September. (I didn’t lose much in 7.0, but I increased from 10lbs to 15lbs and feel so much more toned). And 20 minutes at home is totally reasonable. I think that it really helped me make the workout a habit. I’m doing something different this month, but the nagging feeling of not finishing my “plan” for the week has carried over.
