I’ve reached the point where by dinner time (when I’m normally the hungriest) I just feel full and slightly nauseous and tired. Pregnancy is the best. Oh hello, welcome to my entire pregnancy. Sucks balls.

I've ate nothing but cake and McDonald's all day. My stomach hates me. At least my heartburn pills worked, but I'm still having to consciously not vomit.

I had the hardest time picking something for dinner tonight. But I did know that I wanted a chocolate milkshake. That was an easy choice.

We moved this weekend! DS slept wonderfully in his new room & new big bed the past 2 nights, then trotted right downstairs to find me each morning. The dog is still adjusting so she mostly follows me around all day, but I know she’ll settle soon. It’ll be better when the landscape crew finishes. I’m sure the bulldozer, trackhoe, and skid steer vrooming around aren’t helping her anxious terrier personality.
DS’s room is unpacked but not decorated. I’m 75% done with the kitchen. Then my room then the nursery!!

I had an NST this morning & since I keep ending up in L&D following them, our bags were loaded into the car. And then I took them out again.

tinyjoys Girl, you are prepared. Do you have bags for the other kids in there, too? I was actually planning on packing my bags yesterday to put in the van. But I might do that this afternoon.

tinyjoys Girl, you are prepared. Do you have bags for the other kids in there, too? Yep! The buffalo plaid bag is the big kids’. If I end up in l&d prior to my scheduled, my mom &/or sister will be meeting us there to get my car so they have the car seats, so it comes, too. My toddler was already at my grandma’s with her fully stocked diaper bag, so if anything, my mom may have to run into our house (that she has to pass on her way home anyway) to grab more diapers. Plus they’ll be in & out anyway to take care of our animals. The backpack is the baby’s: sleepers, blankets, onesies, etc. The cream bag is mine & the blue bag is H’s. I plan on using the Boppy for the ride home & the MBF at the hospital.

I'm headed home from the hospital as soon as DH gets here to pick me up. No work restrictions, which is fine, since I mostly sit and don't do anything strenuous.
My mom said I need to take it easier at home. Yes, mom. Easier said than done with a toddler and things to do before this baby comes. It probably didn't help that I was up and down Saturday trying to clean the baseboards.

budders your fall sounds similar to mine about a month ago. My foot got stuck in a weird spot and the steps were slippery and I ended up basically doing like the splits and falling onto my leg/butt. My OB had me monitor at home and then bumped up my appointment to Monday (the fall happened Friday and I wasn't supposed to see her until Wednesday). Glad you seem to be ok! ajm glad you are headed home. Bleeding is always a mind trip even when everything ends up being ok. I hope you can find a way to get things done AND get some rest. We had my sprinkle yesterday. It was so nice! The rain stopped mid-day Saturday so the deck was able to dry out. Then yesterday it was sunny and 70 degrees. It was perfect. It was great to see everyone. Two of my girlfriends I haven't seen in a while were able to come, and they are both pregnant too. One is due in June and the other in August. I'm so excited to have people with newborns to hang out with on my maternity leave. I definitely didn't have that last time. We got so many cute little boy clothes at the sprinkle. And also the swing/diaper bag/auto rock n play from our registry, which were the only real big ticket things we wanted/needed. My H finished painting the window frames in the nursery and he assembled the swing and rock n play while I stayed at the party. Today he is going to pick up the perfect dresser that we happened to find on Craig's List last night. I'm thissuperclose to being able to finally go full speed on decorating and organizing in there. Now if my energy levels could just get the memo and perk up so that I can actually do those things before this baby decides to arrive that would be great...

My sprinkle was yesterday. It was about 40 outside so no fun deck party for me. But, it was Harry Potter themed which my sister and her SO knocked out of the park. I got my coveted auto RnP and a TON of clothes for the little lady. Now that the nursery is full of stuff, I feel some pressure to actually get things done. I am also missing the energy needed to get things done.
Off to do some grad class work because it's on my list of things to do, boo.

I love the comments of taking things easy. Okay, please come explain that to my 2.5 year old! Sadly my house doesn't clean itself, so I can't just chill like my body would prefer.

Last time around, I lost my mucus plug then started having contractions a couple of hours later.
But you can go for a while without it, right? Google tells me weeks. Any past experiences?

I lost a huge chunk of it last time and I went a few weeks before my scheduled induction. I don't think I lost all of it though.

My ultrasound is today! I find out if my previa resolved or if I need a scheduled c section. I'm excited for that, and to see her weight estimate. I can't wait for this afternoon.

Ugh, what a morning. I went in to work and it was immediately CRAZY. My residents were all arguing with me and being super impatient and "I need you NOW", but I couldn't just leave one to go to the other. I actually wound up crying a bit once I actually had everyone out for breakfast. Then as I was making beds and getting ready to give a shower, I started cramping, painfully. They were pretty regular, and I was freaking out (as were my coworkers). Anyways, work sent me home and I called in to the doctors office. They told me to drink some water and take a shower and call them back. They've since gotten less painful and less regular, but I'm worried about what this means for my plan to work until 35 weeks.

My hips/back/everything hurt, everyone at work is grumpy and it's supposed to rain. I wouldn't mind the rain so much but my feet keep swelling in the afternoon and it makes all the boots I own super uncomfortable. So I'm sitting here in flip flops at my desk hoping the "intermittent showers" time themselves perfectly with my scheduled entrances and exits from the office so that I don't have to actually switch to my boots that I brought. We got all the little baby clothes washed last night. My H painted the new dresser and as of this morning the paint is dry so I'm excited to start putting everything away tonight. I need to find some wall art now, that totally slipped my mind somehow until the middle of the night last night. So, I forsee a lot of Etsy and Amazon browsing my future today. apk4 good luck at your ultrasound! Speedy sounds like you had a rough morning. I hope baby cooperates and today is just a one off. I've been stressed about actually making it to my scheduled maternity leave at 38 weeks, too. I have so much crap to get ready at work and I don't want to do any of it.

lovealwaysalison, sounds like you're having a rough day too. At least I got to come home and relax. I'm going to go to work tomorrow and see how it goes. Hopefully if I slow down a bit it'll be better. Easier said than done when you have 7 senior ladies screaming for you... I really hope it's better though, because 28 weeks is way too early to go off, even if I am covered

My c-section is scheduled for 1 month from today! It's getting so crazy close! If you have a disability provider, make sure that you call them. I had to call them today (1 month prior) to start my claim for May 10. I also put a countdown app since time is slipping by! Eek

My coworker offered to get me lunch from the Mexican restaurant she's going to since I have to use my lunch break to go to my chiro appointment. But I'm suddenly starving nowwww. She's eating there before coming back here with my food. I don't think I will survive the 45 minutes she has left on her lunch break without my chips and quesadilla. She's going to get here and find me withered away on the floor.

I ordered lunch today for delivery. They were 15 minutes late and I thought I was going to die. Plus my fries were soggy. I still ate them.

We put the stroller together and I love it. Luckily, DD does too! My dad has been pushing her around in the basement for like 20 minutes. POof

I put together the playpen today, without instructions because my friend forgot them lol. It's currently in our room until we move stuff in the living room, but wow does it start making it feel real!

I’ve reached the point where by dinner time (when I’m normally the hungriest) I just feel full and slightly nauseous and tired. Pregnancy is the best. This is me especially if I take the time to cook something good. I have a Costco roasted chicken and bagged kale salad for tonight so hopefully I'll manage to save enough energy to actually eat dinner.

He actually is not very helpful because he does HR stuff on top of other stuff, so we'll see if he knows what and when I have to fill anything out.
