I just did day 85, week 10 abs because week 12 wouldn't load, and surge day 1.
I'm going to be feeling this tomorrow. I ended up taking an hour break in between the workouts, which wasn't my plan, but now I'm thinking that may actually be my best plan for this week because it would be a lot to do all at once.

I did week 13 cardio from 5.0 and surge day 1 back to back. I had planned on one am one pm, but my kids were occupied, so I plodded on. I
I’m aiming for 10% carbs, 25% protein and 65% fat for the Keto week. I’m loosely using the meal plan, but subbing in a few things that I know work for the whole family.

So meal plan day 1 today - please hold me accountable I did 7.0 strength and will do the surge cardio when SO goes to pick up DD. B - coconut oil bulletproof coffee, sautéed spinach with turkey bacon and 2 hard boiled eggs. S - mixed nuts L - chicken salad S - 1/2 small avo D - roasted salmon and asparagus * I’m following keto macros, but playing with the actual food/recipes.

I just did surge day 2 and am now waiting for her to start day 86 live. My muscles were so sore this morning but that workout helped a bit.

So far I’ve stuck to the meal plan avoided the cake, cupcakes, cookies, chocolate and lemon bars in the break room.
I’ve also let it be known that I’m not happy with all the treat bringers (in jest )

I walked on the treadmill and did day 80 today. I was going to skip BBM all together because there were other people in my hotel gym and I felt self conscious, but I decided to just do it.

Hey guys.
Sorry I have been absent. I'm glad to see people are still going strong on the last week.
I am too and I'm doing the surge. I did day 86 + surge day 3 today. I'm doing some of the recipes, but not sticking to the meal plan entirely. But I've been really strict on WW lately. It's paying off and I finally snapped out of my plateau. It might be a 5 lb weight loss month.
Anyways, I'm going to finish strong with y'all.

I haven’t been on the last couple of days. So far my week has been:
Monday night: Barre class, 7.0 Day 85, Surge Day 1 Tuesday morning: 7.0 Day 86 (I used her video from last week that she messed up on), Surge Day 2, Abs Today: 7.0 Day 87, Surge Day 3, Abs
My legs and ass hurt. This is probably mostly from barre since there were a few weeks between sessions. I was really feeling it today during my work out.

Week 13 tabatas (with most of a 3rd round...had to break up a kid fight 🙄) and surge day 3.
I did them both before work, which I’m glad, because there’s no way I would have done them tonight.
I don’t know if I’m going to actually lose any pounds, but I’m definitely feeling stronger and really need to find some 15lb weights that aren’t going to break the bank.
I’m going to try and have my mom bring her body fat calipers this weekend, because I think that is a better measure for me than the scale right now. I just wish I had thought to have the measurements done before I did 5.0. I haven’t lost any weight on 7.0 at all, I’m actually up a couple pounds, but I am definitely firmer! Which was ultimately my goal, but it would have been nice to have the scale go down as well.

I had the hotel gym to myself today! Day 81 and 82 done this morning. How are you guys liking the surge? In interested to hear your results! I'm not doing the meal plan, so I'm not expecting crazy results but my muscles are screaming. I like it, it's hard but not so hard that I dread it.

I did the surge cardio this morning before kid drop off and am going to do the week 13 supersets before pick up.
The dog ripped a stitch in the 5 minutes it took to walk DD in, so instead of being cleared for a week, we have to go back for yet another wound check on Monday. Spaz dog be spazzing. Oh, and my two year old took off running and chucked his shoes down the hallway at the vet this morning.
It’s been a stressful day and it’s only 10:20. It is going to be really hard not to crack a bottle of wine tonight.

I had my first aerobics class this morning. I was the youngest person there by about 30 years but holy shit those old ladies don’t fuck around! They went hard for the whole hour long class.
I did day 88 & Surge Day 4 after I got home. FFTC: I skipped the squat thrusts on the last round of the surge today. My body couldn’t take any more.

Ok, so after reflection, I do have one complaint about the surge. I am annoyed that there are mistakes in it. Like I get it on the free live ones, but today on day 4 she almost left off a move of the first round and there was a mistake in an earlier one. I think she should have reshot those since people pay for them.
End rant.
