Day 3 surge and 87 done. I haven’t stuck to the meal plan but have stuck to no /very low carb The meal plan meals just aren’t fitting into my life this week.

Just finished days 86 and 87. Assuming I can get one workout in this weekend (weekends are always hard), I should finish the challenge on Tuesday.

Cardio (88?) and day 4 surge done. @juliagulia I agree with you. If she’s going to charge she should be mistake free. At least major mistakes. Like I paid more for it than a professional dvd

Hey ladies! You all are amazing! I’m still fitting workouts in when I can. Just finished Day 60-something.
Nonscale victory for me today is I worked out in the hotel gym. It’s the first time I’ve ever done that and I was so self conscious. But I did it 🎉

Day 90 (well I did 88 again instead of the fit test) and surge day 6 done. So early in the day for me!
I saw she announced a new 2 week fat blaster program that she's doing live starting April 16. I was tempted to do it but her being live doesn't motivate me so I think I'm going to do 2 weeks of maintenance series and abs, and then start bbm extreme on April 16. I'll be just coming back from vacation, and that six week program will end right before memorial day which is great for me because I have a busy, social June and want to feel good about myself in cute summer clothes. I'll probably do 6.0 or something after that.
I don't think Briana is perfect but I like her programs so I'm going to stick with what I know.

I’m exactly the same weight wise as the start of the month. I think I let my success with occasional indulgence get to my head and slacked too much. I’m recommitting to strict WW Monday and starting in with my JIllian 90 day challenge. I promised to lead our next 90 day check in - 3 days of strength 3 of cardio which works with BBM and most others. Do y’all want to start that Monday or wait a week?

@privacy - I’m down for Monday too.
I haven’t decided if I’m just going to do the middle of 5.0 again (I like the upper/lower/cardio) or the 6 week extreme.
I can’t do keto full time though. It makes me angry. I’m just going to hold myself accountable for intake and the macros I know work for me.

Day 89 + day 6 surge done. So hard, but I love it.
I’m down 5 pounds in March, my biggest loss since August of last year. I also am just trimmer. All of my skinny pants are baggy and everything is fitting better.
I need to review her announcement but I think I will stick with my plan of starting extreme since I have it and haven’t used it. But I can be swayed to do something different.

I’m also down to start tomorrow. I’m going to finish out 7.0 since I’m super behind and brainstorm on what I want to do next.
I’ve had good results scale wise and will measure myself tomorrow. I am down somewhere between 15-20 lbs. I will say I was very bloated / at least 5 - 10 pounds heavier than normal when we started 7.0 thanks to the holidays so I feel like my weight loss isn’t impressive as it sounds (if that makes sense). BUT I am only 2 lbs heavier than my lowest weight since I’ve started losing (after hovering about 5-10 pounds higher for months) and for that I am excited.

Phew. All done.
I’m going to take a real rest day tomorrow because I haven’t had one in awhile. And then start extreme on Tuesday.

I did a detox yoga today and then unraveled everything.
I at least walked to the egg hunt today.
I’m going to take tomorrow as another active rest day and figure out what’s next.

I finally finished 7.0 this morning. I did the fit test again (for the first time since day 1) and I have to say, I am pretty pleased with my improvement. I went considerably up on everything except mountain climbers, where I was 2 or 3 steps behind.
Great job to everyone who finished and I am sorry for being absent for check ins and support—I have been interviewing and now training a new person at work, which has made posting here quite difficult during the day.
I am looking forward to getting a little break from BBM, but I fully intend to stick with my early AM workouts. They have now just become a thing I do, no questions asked. It is a nice change.
