Today starts my last week of work! I was one the struggle bus to get ready this morning but knowing that Thursday evening I’ll be a free woman for ~15 weeks is getting me through🙌🏻

This is my last week of work too! DH has off all week for spring break so we have a ton of appts scheduled to get things done before baby.

I've had family here all weekend and it's been busy! They're all still here, but sleeping right now so I'm trying to catch up on the boards.

Next week is baby time. 9 days until my RCS. I can't wait. I'm so excited to meet and hold our baby boy 😍

anxiously awaiting some more babies this week! it’s a full moon this friday😉

this was the first morning i had to really juggle the girls and i’m feeling overwhelmed. dd2 is “waking up” and doesn’t seem to be too content while awake. i have so much to do this week and am stressing. h telling me it will get done is not helpful. of course it gets done, but not by him, so there’s no need to stress right?

polson, can you delegate more to your husband since he is being so “helpful” by trying to reassure you?

I am the first to admit that sometimes I take on too much and need to ask for help but am bad at it.

I’m currently on the phone with our insurance trying to straighten out a bill that I don’t think we owe. Ugh

But good news is the glider I ordered for the nursery is in, so that’s exciting! I also got a bunch of clothes as gifts and hand me downs over the weekend, so this lady will no longer be naked after she arrives. Progress!

Hi, sister wife. Literally nothing enrages me more than “don’t worry, it’ll get done.” YES BC I WILL PANIC AND DO IT.

I have to legit give DH a schedule like “I need the crib set up before Tuesday and the curtains hung on Thursday before you do tasks XYZ - which I’ve listed by priority and need totally done in the next two weeks. Also remember that we have dinner with my parents on Wednesday and you’re picking up DD on Thursday.” And then I release it to the Lord. If he is setting up the crib on Monday night at 11:30pm, that’s his problem.

I forgot about the full moon on Friday! I really hope I don't go into labor this weekend when mil is here. I don't think I can deal with her bs and newborn lack of sleep at the same time.

The soonest we can be seen at the breastfeeding clinic for E's tongue/ lip tie assessment is next Tuesday. Her latch is so shallow and shitty I'm in a lot of pain and she's super gassy. Don't wanna wait that long.

There's just one clinic run out of the hospital that does it so we went through our midwife. We don't actually see a Pedi unless there's health problems. I will call our GP though to see if there are any other avenues we could take.

I also hate those types of comments polson. One of my close friends keeps telling me not to stress and that baby won't care what is and is not done. I know the baby doesn't care, it's ME I am worried about! Ugh, not helpful.

The last few weeks of pregnancy really do make a woman crazy. I've been playing the "gas pains or possible contractions" game all morning. My stomach has been a little off recently, but right now I really can't tell. Also, as much as I am over being pregnant, I am internally freaking out a bit about having another baby and going through labor/deliver/newborn stage all over again. I need to chill.

My brother is home!!!! He is in the Navy and has been deployed, just got back to the states last Tuesday and got to us late last night. Apparently he went straight to the nursery to find the baby but we were in the master bedroom last night. Lol. I heard him come in but I was exhausted and I needed her to keep sleeping and figured I could welcome him in the morning. I at least heard him arrive safely. I know I was tired because that is super unlike me.

polson I am sorry you are stressed. I can relate. I have been overwhelmed the days I am home with both children alone. I feel like I can’t keep up so I don’t get things done and then get frustrated.

I think I have one of the noisiest babies on the block. L makes so many sounds in his sleep. I have labeled them as different animal sounds.

Ugh same here. Like he’s constantly groaning and moaning so I’m constantly checking on him - but he’s still asleep.

I’m remembering now why I shipped DS1 off to his own room at about 3 weeks old.

I just had my 37 week appt. and am closed up tight, but apparently my cervix is extremely soft. He seemed to think that as soon as I was ready it’d be quick. One can hope.

I haven't been around much but I've been keeping up with all the new babies being born!

I've got less than two weeks till my due date and will be getting my first internal exam tomorrow. Debating on whether or not to do the stretch and sweep.

My husband just got notification that he's taking the Canadian citizenship exam on April 19, and if he passes he receives citizenship the very next day!! It's too bad we'll be in the trenches of life with a newborn because he'll be so tired, but we've been waiting for this day for a long time and I'm so excited for him!

We had a big day today. We took DD out for a special “Big Sister Day”. We just got breakfast and went to the local Children’s museum but it was so nice. She was so happy. We never get to do things just the three of us thanks to our never ending renovation.

I feel like I'm just sitting around, waiting to go into labor. And trying not to feel like I'm on a clock since my mom is just here for two more weeks and I want her to have lots of baby time and me to have as much postpartum hands-on help as possible.

There's a place within driving distance that is known for "The Salad" that women go into labor after eating. I'm genuinely considering a trip tomorrow morning to get one.

I hate that it feels like it's all I can think about, and that the anxiety may be prolonging things. Sorry to whine about such a first-word problem.

I started to organize my hospital bag piles today. If anything, my bags will be packed & my mom & sister will be handed a hamper of the older two's clothes that need washed for their stay with them. Basically, we'll be hospital ready, bringing her home ready will be questionable.

Well, I've tried just about everything else, so why not? 😂 I hear they sell bottles of the dressing, which is apparently where the secret ingredient is. Maybe I should pick up some of the bottles to ship out to you guys?

Also, I hope the secret ingredient isn't castor oil or something equally awful.
