That sounds wonderful calendula. I hope that continues for you too! This child of mine needs lessons. He sleeps but I swear the amount of groaning and stretching and whining is killing me. He sounds uncomfortable and I can’t figure it out. I also can’t sleep with all the dramatics. Dd is noisy when she sleeps too. I think we will be moving her to her room on the earlier side of things. Plus the crib mattress is so much comfier for her than the other more mobile sleep situations we have. In the meantime are you using a white noise machine? It will help hush out the little sounds for both of you.

I just sneezed while E was attached to the boob and she pulled off and started screaming bloody murder. I think I scared her, oops.

calendula that gives me such hope. I didn’t sleep until DD was 18 months old. Please let the next be nicer.

37w today and it’s my moms bday - and Easter. I was praying she would come today - but since she’s Breech I guess I’ll be somewhat patient.
Lots of mucus tho yesterday and so far today - but this is my typical pattern.
A good friend of mine had her babe yesterday - 5 days overdue, her third, but first boy: 9lb 5oz, 14.5cm head... 22 inches long... thankfully her midwives recognized some things in labor that transferred her to the hospital and she had a section. They said he wouldn’t have passed through - the nurses call him a linebacker.
He is in the NICU tho - so please pray his labs are clear so he can be with her!

We slept very little last night. My neighbor had a seizure and they had to call an ambulance for him last night at like 2. That made the dog bark. Then he was on red alert the rest of the night being a loud asshole in case the ambulance came back. I feel so bad for my neighbor. Yesterday was his late wife’s birthday and he had a seizure. We have to skip my family easter today because there are a couple people recovering from colds, and so we are only going to the in laws, who have had a lice problem in the last few days. I feel like I’m navigating a mine field.

I've been home from the hospital for a little longer than 48 hours. Today I've hosted a holiday meal for out of town family (who have been here since friday), tried to give my poor DS some attention and manage his antics, the house looks like a bomb hit it, I look fat and tired in our family picture (which my father posted instantly on fb of course) and I just peed all over myself trying to pull my pants down in time.
I have reached hiding in the bathroom status. Send help. Can I go back to the hospital please?

I couldn’t even brush my hair 48 Hours after coming home.

I keep having dreams I lose my mucus plug or my water breaks and waking up to being very much still pregnant is such a disappointment. I get weird BH/CX every afternoon/evening and the baby is no longer up in my ribs but I’m pretty sure that means exactly nothing. I literally want my dreams to come true 😂

I got stung by a wasp last week on my arm. I’ve never been stung before and it swelled a little, turned red around it, and itched. The swelling went down after a day and the redness went away. However, my arm is discolored all around where the sting was and is still itchy. Is that common for over a week? I’m planning on asking my dr when I see her Tuesday, but wasn’t sure if I should call sooner than that.

I'd guess it's normal, but it doesn't hurt to ask in any case.
