Had a really good chat with MH last night and he was like "of course I'm still on board, what?" So that made me feel loads better. Whew. My husband will make little comments that basically imply or outright say that he's done tfas "wasn't meant to be" type stuff. Then the next day he's like, "oh, what? Oh you know how I get." Or some shit like that. And i am like,i could kill you! I was so stressed by that comment!

That's the brand I use too. The one that flashes. It's working well for me right now...no identical temps yet...but I feel like all thermometers crap out at some point so I'm sure it's coming.

I’ve only had this one for like 2 months which makes it extra annoying. My Mabis BBTs always crapped out but it was usually like 6months- a year.

BFN this morning at 10 dpo. Is it too early for wine? I’ll drink with you. Took one this am at 12DPO and it was also a BFN.

remi wildhoney I'm sorry for the bfns. This was the first month I just didn't test. Ever since I didn't turn my test until 15dpo in January I figure I'll just wait for AF or test when FF tells me to. Honestly AF was easier to swallow than a negative test. I don't know why.

I don't think I'm going to test next month until I'm late.

Plus even when I get negatives I don't full believe them until AF shows ever since I had a negative at 11 DPO and then ended up getting a positive. When TTC the first time I believed every negative I got and never tested a second time (I also used to wait until at least 12 - 14 DPO to test). Now it's like I NEED TO KNOW ASAP but still convince myself that I've tested too early if it's negative.

FF finally changed my O date from 11 dpo to 13 dpo when is what I thought it was. Yay! I'm kicking myself a bit for not taking advantage of +1 when we could have...but I wasn't feeling great that day and we got -3, -2, -1, and O...so I'm hoping that was enough.
I'm still not feeling this is the month though but I'm glad FF agrees with what I thought my O date was. Makes me feel better about being able to interpret my own data when someone/thing else agrees with me:)

remi and wildhoney sorry about the BFNs. There is never anything anyone can say to make them less horrible:( ETA the worst is when AF then takes her sweet time showing up...I keep peeing on things and then feel even worse when AF finally does show.

remi I was so sure last month was going to be the month that I started peeing on sticks super early (like 8 dpo) and then kept all my negative tests every day because I was so sure either something would magically show up or I'd wake up and get a bfp. Even when my temp started dropping and my breasts stopped being sore (which is an absolute sign that AF is coming) I still held out hope. I was just so sure last month.

Months like this are the worst. Like when you really feel like this is your month. I had a month like this on my bmb for my dd. 3 other people got bfps that day and I got a bfn. They are all about to deliver and I'm having feels that I'm still not pregnant. I used to poas early, but then it messed with my mind so much when people would say, oh it's too early. And month after month it wasn't too early, I just wasn't pregnant.

What a fabulous way to start the day. CD1 is here. I suppose it could be worse. I don't need to wash the sheets.
I can never bring myself to poas until at least CD30. I just can't do it. My BMB is full of people who urge everyone to poas early and if it's negative, to keep trying because it's too early. No! Not everyone is lucky enough to get pregnant the first or second month they try! It's negative because it's negative.
The flip side of this is that I've never had a bfn, but I have had two miscarriages and three chemical pregnancies. So if I do get a BFP I can't really celebrate.

remi What DPO are you? How long is your LP normally? Even though my cycles can vary pretty drastically in length my LP is super consistent. Have you gone past your normal LP length?

SO FF put my O date back to its original prediction (which I still don't agree with). But my post O temps are wonky this cycle. I've had 2 super low temps...this morning it was below coverline so I'm not sure what is going on. Maybe because I'm sick and super stuffed up so I'm breathing through my mouth all night? Would that give me low temps? If it was later in the week I'd chalk it up to AF but my LP is super consistent so I'm thinking it's the mouth breathing and stuffy nose that is messing with my temps. I hope this doesn't screw up FF's predictions for future cycles. Grrr.

I'm 14DPO and I have no idea about my LP. What does it mean? LP (Luteal Phase) is how many days post O before AF. I think the average is around 14? Mine is between 10 and 12 now...but it used to be between 8 and 10. I can usually predict pretty accurately when AF is going to show based on it. I normally have short cycles (21 to 25 days) but a couple of cycles back it was 32 days long...but my LP was the same. I still knew exactly when AF was going to show. From my +OPK to AF was 12 days...like always:)
