So J nighttime sleep has been better since we sleep trained again. He woke up 4 times last night but 3 times he went back to sleep within 5 minutes and he other time I fed him. So much better. He is also rolling to sleep on his stomach which makes me a nervous wreck but he seems to like it.
Naps yesterday sucked. 7 minutes, 20 minutes, 36 minutes, and 8 minutes. I hope he does better for DH today. He slept 35 minutes for his first nap and went down without a struggle so fingers crossed it stays that way.
His eczema on his face is looking better but now we are in the off week foe the steroid. I hope it doesn't get as bad as last time.

N sleeps on his stomach all the time now. He basically gets in bed and rolls over within a minute. At first I was nervous but they’re totally old enough, so it’s okay!! Try to let that worry go

Naps have been a battle here as well. Even if he’s sleeping on me or H, he’s waking up within 30 mins. I really wish he’d had 3 long naps, and in the crib! A girl can dream.
Night time has been going well still though. Mostly 2 wake ups. Last night he sailed through his diaper twice. Once in his crib at 3am, and once while in bed with me around 6am. 😬 Not sure what that’s about.

R woke up last night around 4am and I had to go reposition her since she was on her back perpendicular in the crib. She ended up sleeping until 7:40am.
R has been blowing bubbles instead of drinking her bottle. It’s been so frustrating.

@easilyunamused I'm glad nighttime sleep is good even if naps suck. J naps great on us but crappy in the crib. bsouls j is always turning perpendicular in the crib. I have no clue why he does that.

Does anyone else's baby still like to be picked up and carried...a lot? J will play for 15 or 20 minutes then whine until we pick him up and carry him around. It's getting exhausting the bigger he gets and I know he's one of the smaller babies here.
I keep trying to find things he enjoys playing with but it's hard.

R slept from 8pm to 6:40am. She made noise at 4:45am, but I think she might have rolled to her back then. I was up for about an hour at 2am, because I’m not used to sleeping through the night.

Anyone else’s times for nap and bed all screwed up with DST? Her morning nap is so much later and didn’t even take an afternoon one yesterday. She wailed like 30 mins before bed last night after taking her out and settling her once. At least she only had her usual 1 wake up but I’m still tired.

Guys. I posted this on GD too but, my 7 month old sttn for the first time ever! 7pm-6am! 🙌🏼
Of course I woke up at 5:30am in a slight panic and my boobs were on fire, but it’s worth it to get 8.5 hours of uninterrupted sleep for the first time in nearly a year. I’m sure it won’t happen again but at least I know he can actually do it!

king26, A still wants to be held 75% of the time. He usually wants me right next to him while he plays too. He’s been soooo into his walker lately. I know they are somewhat controversial, but he rolls around the whole house exploring and it helps me out a lot.

I don’t know if it’s from DST, but his naps are weird too. But he hasn’t seemed to have an issue for nighttime.

This is amazing news for you! @easilyunamused!! Hooray 😊
M must be such a shorty because even on the lowest setting, her feet won’t touch the ground in the walker yet 😂

Hopefully she reaches soon. A loves to zip around on it, but I only let him for about 20 mins in the am while I get breakfast ready. Today I realized I really need to baby proof the house though.

J slept from 8 until 730 with 2 wake ups. It was great. I woke up at 630 and got a half hour of work in, dishwasher unloaded, got dressed, and drank coffee all bwfore j got up.

@easilyunamused THATS AMAZING! what did you do yesterday?? You must do the Same exact thing every day now😝 jk but that must have felt so wonderful for yourself minus your boobs! Fix he keeps it up! bsouls oh no! That’s the worst- when they’re sleeping and you’re like 🧐 let me sleep!! jt2378 dst screwed with us the first day- we skipped a nap bc then it would have been way too late and he had a total meltdown 😒 but he’s back to his same schedule, except instead of waking up at 4/4:30 it’s 5/5:30 so I don’t mind it (except all the other wakes up I do haha) bc if I just get ready for work quickly then I can snuggle him at 5:30-6 when he falls back asleep. king26 yay for only two wake ups! N did three, 2 feedings and a paci. Dh did the paci one. I need to get back to weaning him off the first feeding ugh!

We went to the dr today for his 6mo check up... even tho he’s almost 7 months old! But he got all his shots 😭 and the flu shot and he screamed until the nurse left and I bf him and then he alternated between screaming and eating until DH walked in and then it was all smiles. Like ok buddy. At least he was happy! He’s such a chunker!! 21 lbs 12.7 oz! And we need a new car seat bc he’s 29 inches and the keyfit30 is for up to 30 inches! 😱
And now he’s on his second nap - was only awake for an hour between naps but whatever! Whatever makes him happy!

Poor buddy with his shots addymac. I’m not looking forward to going back for them this week. Holy shit I hadn’t even thought about the car seat height thing yet. M is a shortie so I still have time 😂
